Shouldn't you drizzle carmel sauce in your cup first? And I think that is like chopped ice better. That's just how I'd like it personally. Everyone has their own likes/dislikes. And do you make your own espresso?
You're supposed to add vanilla syrup in also, and it goes in first before anything else.
