I liked this video, I've been playing Titanfall 2 for about 5 months now and I didn't quite understood the movement system or how to use the weapons until after the 3rd and 4th month. When I tried using the Kraber it was indeed difficult to to kill moving targets, but after some time I had my moments of sick no scope, quick scope and overall crazy kills from it x) but this video helped me understand that I'm using the Kraber really well and I know I'll improve the more I practice with it :) Cheers from California \m/

Coming to this video after a recent server resurgance trying to get good with the Kraber because it's super fun. I think the advice of flick shots is definitely going to help, because I thought my habit of that from CoD wouldn't be the best idea but I will try to use it more often and see if it works better for me. I believe it will though because I wouldn't be looking to a reliable source for no reason. Thanks for the video breh

hey Pete what do you think about first advanced movement to introduce to grapple guide?
Hell yeah, in my many hours of this game i have improved with the movement a lot but i'm still no where near as good as the like of you and iniquity etc. Turning a corner, whilst wall running is still hit and miss for me tbh.
My Grappling is pretty good now but, again, could be better. Simple things like when you told me (in stream) that you need to only press the button - and not hold it ! Nobody else mentioned that lol.
Please keep up with any content that you can. It's a pleasure to watch a gamer who is great AND gracious (not salty).

Videos like this make me wish Titanfall wasn't made to be a casual game. Seriously imagine if the balance was such that using truly skillful weapons like the kraber is rewarded, it worked mostly cause most titanfall players you played against are not good at the game.
Titanfall was such a fun game but I wish it was on steam and had a more competitive aspect, none of my friends ended up getting it and I didn't play it anymore than 3 months.
I don't think anyone could ever get good at the kraber if titanfall is their only experience in fps games, you really need good aim from other games to make it work well, and not just for a few kills a match. Stuff like the movement required yeah you can learn that, even in titanfall 1 I could use the kraber for some kills using a controller and aiming with movement rather than joysticks, but the kind of shots you see here are stuff that you can't learn unless you are actually really good at pc fps.
nowadays people are expecting FPS games to have some kind of competetive aspect and thats usually what keeps the population playing

Lovely video, when I use the kraber I do all of those things and on a good day i get 28 kills. I would recommend this to kraber learners if they want to challenge themselves

i feel like the kraber truely defines what this game is about.
Titanfall is not about how many kills you get. Its about how you get those kills.
Hence its loads more fun to loose with the kraber having landed 5 or 6 epic shots than to win with the spitfire and a 37 kill streak.
my message to campers: you will never remember sitting in a corner and mowing people down, however that one time you accidentally goosed a pilot with a no-scope kraber shot will stick forever as one of your coolest gaming moments. Put down the hitscan weapons and try some of the guns with travel time, they all have thier own quirks and playstyle and make the game truely fun as you master them

but truly you must thank by friend. i used to be a a-wall, spitfire, smart pistol, tone pilot who would camp and kill.
i got bored quickly but my friend revived me and showed me that the true fun comes from speeding around close to the speed of light taking shots, missing loads but landing some epic kills. I am now a gen 9.23 pilot who plays way too much and has loads of fun.
i wish to see my redemption arc in other pilots.

I can't always expect to wreck enemy with Kraber unless you are Benchy.
if you are great with Kraber you can use it in competetive games with a great success, however I believe you are putting yourself a step behind people using smgs/rifles
Yes smgs and rifles are annoying they're way too easy to use

flick is when you aim in the general direction and quickly flick to the target, muscle memory rather than tracking with your mouse

I have a question,what if your using a controller,I've been using one and only getting 12 kills per game using the kraber,so do you have any tips?
12 kills in a game is a good score for PC player not to mention controller. with a controller you can't really go crazy in the open, your gameplay and positioning should be more deliberate, definitely grapple is the best tactical for controller Kraber players

hello mrblablak, i dont know if you are still active, but i was a controller player who decided to switch to mouse. I used to use kraber with controller and did okay, but i want to use kraber with mouse. However, since this is my first time with mouse, I am not good with aiming yet. Would you advise me to practice normal weapons first to learn how to aim properly? or can i immediately hop into kraber with little mouse experience?
the first thing that I can recommend you is to get as comfortable with a movement system on k&m as only you can get. then I believe you can hop right into the Kraber just dont expect immediately to destroy enemy team with it. it will take some time

personaly I use toggle but I don't see any difference between this two
what about controller?
i play rising storm 2 and in that game to survive you want to stay as still as possible because the guns are alot more realistic, like you cant hit shit after you stop sprinting so my skill set for rising storm 2 does not carry over at all to titanfall so it makes learning how to play titanfall much harder.
yeah Titanfall movement system can be a difficult thing to learn
