This video would have been more helpful if you talked about what style of sneaker to wear with what outfit. That is number one for me when I would consider to wear sneakers. For example, a sneaker that is too bulky does not look good with a more dressy attire. There are slimmer style sneakers that look better when wearing a blazer, a slim skirt or dress. I also think the color is important as well. All I got out of it was watching women in sneakers with different outfits.
One of my favorite outfits is my black skinny jeans, a black t shirt, a black and white houndstooth blazer, my red Birkin bag, and red Converse sneakers. I have a lot of jewelry gifted to me over the years, but the only jewelry I wear daily is my gold Rolex, my diamond ring, and my diamond stud earrings. I make use of several colors of Converse sneakers on casual days, and always match them to the same colored Birkin bag, they are my only pops of color on casual days. It’s fun!
Wish I had known this ages ago, but only in the last few years I started wearing sneakers with formal-ish clothes! It is a life saver, last summer I went to a conference in Venice, Italy and there walkable shoes are paramount. I wore cute white sneakers with a slightly dressier blouse and trousers and I didn't feel out of place at all. The shoes got ruined in a thunderstorm that day but that's another story lol

A person is considered classy / elegant based on how graceful and stylish you achieve to appear and bringing out the presentation of non other than being sophisticated. Whether you are in an official wear, casual attire or even a night dress you can achieve elegance as long as your outfit matches the event,, purpose and place in general. So , yes , sneakers could bring out the elegance in a person depending on many factors and the top one is them being perfectly clean.( They need to be impacable! ) It doesn't matter how you perceive elegance ( & I respect your perspective) but it's no doubt that one may look elegant/ refined whether in a suit or summer dress, whether in heels or sneakers as long as one brings out that look of sophistication & refinement in them.
Everyone is different, so there are many ways to maintain a healthy weight! All it takes is disicpline,and choosing the correct foods ! In America in the 60s we learned about the basic food groups in home making class! So we really do know how to eat here in America! We just need to put it into practice! It is really quite simple! Portion control is a big must! Also weigh every day! A gain of 2 lbs CAN easily jump to 5! Don't kid yourself! Also fruit is BAD! Full of sugar! Eat a piece of dark chocolate instead! Don't have a TV in your home! Get rid of it! I have been on a vegetarian diet for over 40 years! I am 69 yrs old, 5foot 2 have weighed a healthy 102 lbs since l was 14 yrs old! I never smoked or drank ANY liquor! People don't need vices! Everyone has choices! Make the right ones for you! I don't eat pizza! It cause heart disease! Don't listen to what various people tell you! They don't really know, obviously! It is all speculation.........😊
You have a lot of discipline and dedication! Everyone should find what works best for them. Remember, a balanced diet and healthy habits are essential. Keep up the good work on your journey! 😊
Sneakers can look elegant depending on what you wear it with. Some women have to wear sneakers because they have foot problems. I see so many women wearing sneakers and they still look elegant.
