-gets in car -drives through concrete maze -gets out of car -shoots 15ft wall with machine gun, disintegrating them into nothing -gets back in car -drives into the darkness I feel like I just watched a late-80s Arthouse film
Will the game feature mostly infantry combat with some veichles, or can we expect most if not all of the vehicles from Brigador to return, maybe in addition to new ones?
so excited looks like you've gone from 100% 2d models to having 3d at least for the player character. I've been really enjoying the original and cant wait to see this on release. take your time and keep up the great work.
We wrote at length on this subject back in January but the TL;DR for both Brigador and BK is - Nothing is 3D in Brigador - we make spritesheets out of 3D models instead - Brigador's custom game engine draws 2D quadrilaterals on screen which are inexpensive to light - Sprite z-depth information informs the lighting and helps spoof a sense of 3D despite the fixed isometric view A more detailed article on the game's art pipeline can be read here: steamcommunity.com/games/274500/announcements/detail/3662024223190614903
The intent is that BK is more controller friendly. There's a post and a video about the aiming rework you can read here: store.steampowered.com/news/app/903930/view/3701435973078643615
The game went from looking like complete ass to really, really good in a very short span of time where yous were focused on making the assets too! very impressive, I wish I was that productive on my projects. Give me a year and I'll be working on the design brief in the last month.

The end is not a car, it's a hospital stretcher.

Ok, but how do I connect my wallet to your bank account so I can play this game?
It's just been made available. if you want to play the alpha it's 25 usd
@@iratecastorcanadensis3971 Thanks. I didn’t know it was available. SJ could do a better job with communicating. Purchased.
This is cool. With map transitions like this does that mean that there's going to be more complex missions or even a hub area to accept missions?
dave died on the way back to his home planet
Do I see... an up-armouring package for Little Bud at 0:37? I'm glad to see ConSec has their priorities right, that smile needs to be protected!
I hope I will be able to drive my car peacefully through the suburbs.
wait did that guy just drive a fucking stretcher into the abyss
I'm shocked with how clean these graphics look
I can't wait!
I'm glad this is still being worked on , I had almost forgotten about it 😅
This is the most beautiful game I've ever seen! Hopefully they get the gameplay right.
I can’t freaking wait. Love Brigador so much
this is starting to look good, keep up that work guys
Perfect.
This is one hell of a gun. That ending tho.

The shadows still look weird. I hope you can fix the problem with the shadows.
The stair-stepping shadows is on the list of known issues.
Damn powerful SMG

Car driving?
Meh.
Stretcher jockeying?
You have my attention.

I'm really looking forward to this. Are there any plans to release this on GOG again?
Yep, we intend to come to the same places as with Brigador.
@@stellarjockeysofficial Nice! Thank you for supporting different platforms.👍

This looks like a work no longer in progress. I will assume this is indicative of the final product!
I CANT WAIT FOR THIS GAME.
