    Couple tips: I think slashing the dough with a knife would have helped stop that air bubble from forming on the top. Also I'm not sure if it's your editing but it looked like you had the dough in unit while it was pre-heating. You'd want to remove the entire inner pot with the handles on it while it pre-heats then put your dough in once it hits the right temperature. That would hopefully prevent the black char on the top. I'm wondering also if the bread can be flipped upside down so it gets some of the bottom cooked better too.

      Jim thank you that's all very much appreciated 👍 and thank you for watching and commenting, I just followed the instructions on this but you are spot on if I did it my way it would be as you described 👍

    Looks lovely. Thanks for sharing this. I have a 15 in 1 and make bread every week. Have now got the courage to try it in the ninja 😁 especially as it looks so delicious.
    This should hopefully save me a lot of time.

    Looks very good. I've baked rolls in my ninja but I have the 9 in 1 and it doesn't have the steam function. My breadmaker has a dough function so I can use that to mix or I can use my stand mixer. All give great results and you can't beat freshly baked bread at home. Cheers 👍😀

    Good job. Why did it crisp up too much. Was the steam bake a better option rather than AF? Or did it rise so much that it too close to the element. A victim of your own success!! Well done

    Yeah!! Ya'll did good! I've had my Foodi about month. Thinking this video may give me the "want to try it" mood. Crossing fingers, toes, and eyeballs😂😂👀👀!! Last time I tried to make bread..my husband told me if I dropped it on floor, it would make hole in floor!! Never tried again. We could almost use it as hockey pucks!!! LOL Ya'll have great holiday weekend.

    tried this yesterday, after it can out and cooled it was really lovely, but a few hour later the texture had changed and it felt quite dence. how did you find or did i do something wrong

    • @BramhallDoes
      @BramhallDoes  ปีที่แล้ว

      Grace I didn't have that problem, loaves of fresh baked bread can go dense if you slice into them too early and not fully cooled (gummy) crumb and texture but I am not sure if you did anything wrong

    • @BramhallDoes
      @BramhallDoes  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello Eva, as far as I can tell the only function the 15 in 1 has that the 14 in 1 doesn't is Steam Roast, so both the functions I used on the bread baking are on both Ninjas, thank you
