    My Dear Alex;
    My name is Gihad Sweidy. I'm 61 year old now. I came to your story by pure accident. I couldn't help or control two long tears coming from my eyes now as I'm writing this. Your story touched me deeply. It reminded me of a young man story precisely your age tracking down his father for twenty three years till he found him. That young man was me. I understand that nanging ghost in your mind to find who you really are, to place the final pieces of your life in the right place, and to complete your life's blueprint, I know that because I lived it.
    The most beautiful aspect of your story is you're not resentful or angry toward your mom or dad. That speaks volume of your upbringing. I'm very proud of you.

    Great Videos, no disrespect against your journey, but such a great argument for adoption and against abortion. It must have been very hard for your birth mother to give you up for adoption, but, she must have felt it was for your best and imagine living with that decision.
    She must have been VERY happy to see how you have turned out and to meet your adoptive parents. It was probably a great moment of peace for her.

    Thank you for sharing your story, I am glad to see that I am not alone. I also met my birth mother but I couldn't speak her language as my parents taught me French. Good luck with everything

    So good that you are able to learn and speak Russian. It's better to express the emotional in the same language with your birth parents.
    I wish you luck

    @0:06 is that a black vulture? You're an amazing young man, Alex, your Mum and Dad must be so proud of you. You'll learn to speak Russian very well. Spending a few months there will make you more understanding of Russian language. No worries, Alex :) Great video as always

    Those are beautiful pictures! I'm on TH-cam. Could you please include TH-cam for subscribers. I don't understand Twitter,Instagram, or Facebook. You life story is amazing. I live in the U.S. and have been watching some of your videos for hours. It is 3:11am Monday Sept.17th. I really want to subscribe to your channel but all I know is TH-cam. You're doing such a great thing having a close loving bond with your adopted parents and your birth parents.

    Hello Alex, what program/App/school you used to learn Russian, please ?

  • @happyhandylife4101

    Have you considered living for a year in Russia so you can regain your Russian language skills? It's the only language you heard for the first 2 years, so I'd imagine it would be easier for you to pick back up than if you'd never been exposed to it.

      HappyHandyLife actually, kids in orphanages learn much less in the first few years because caregiver attention is divided or absent, so babies don’t pick up as many of the words or sounds as they would normally.
