    I lost 5 kilos doing this workout and her other stay kids video almost everyday for about 1 month . I didn´t follow any diet just calculating my calories intake (I didn´t even give up on my sweet treats) so I recommend all her videos

    I did this for two months. I first started to lose weight but now I don't know about my weight. I just keep enjoying and grooving to your steps and I have long forgotten about my anxieties about weight. This helped me keep my mental healthy steady a lottt. Thank you ❤

    May 21st - did it , with pauses between songs.
    22nd - it was fun but my knees were hurting.
    23rd - complete,
    24th- did it with extra knee strengthening exercises.
    25th - did it without pausing songs .
    26th - weight training (upper)
    27th, 28th- Rest
    UPDATE
    72kgs !!!
    29th - wasn't in a mood but did it. I feel so much better.
    30- done
    31 - rest
    JUNE
    1 - done

    Started doing this today cause I want to be a better version of myself for myself , no one else
    Day 1: completed the whole routine, my feet and legs hurt but I wasn't much breathless , I don't sweat alot , so a little bit of sweating as well , this was really fun honestly
    will be back tomorrow!
    (Lmao that was the only day I worked out💀 , got busy with exams and shit)

    Your workout is amazing!! I could never go through high intensity workout and always had to take a break or give up. But your energy, smile and moves made feel such a high rush i didn't even realize I was out of breathe and completed the workout in one go!!!❤❤❤

    I’ve been trying to find a workout to stay consistent in and I just can’t find any that spark any interest, until I found this, definitely gonna start it tomorrow and tell yall how much I think I’ll like it
    Starting weight: 137 pounds (last time I checked was months ago, I’m too scared to check again) I know this weight isn’t necessarily bad, but I just have a lot of fat on my thighs, arms, and stomach

    This shit works like magic, i had bought a dress for my cousin’s wedding but it didn’t fit me so i wanted to work, i stumbled across this video and i did it 2+ times a day for a week and fast forward to the day of the wedding my dress was loose on me because of this workout

    Im overweight and I tried it and I finally found a work it that is fun for me and really helps me right now since I only started I'm not gonna over do it but I'm gonna try to do more everyday currently doing my break from it :)
