I started to change my life by taking control, I had mental health problems and went to see a life coach and changed my life. I made a vision board last year and everything came to me in some way. Maybe not what you thought it would be. I also live a life of gratitude and are thankful for everything. 2024 was the best year of my life.
I love that this is becoming more mainstream :) Thank you Paul McKenna for being brave enough to step out of the closet with this and give it your vote of approval. I believe that if more people focused on gratitude and on what they wanted (rather than on what they don't want) - I would like to think there would be an increase in lovely stuff & feel-good vibes in the world.
You have to put it in action that's the key. Woo woo teaches it will come to you. Realistically you can look at that board hundreds of times but unless you put it action it's gonna stay on the board😊
I don’t want to be overweight and I shouldn’t be. I eat healthily and I workout also. Manifesting is of much interest to me because the desire has to be accompanied with actions as stated. That action though sometimes has to be discreet depending on situations where you face extreme opposition. e.g. my sciatic pain I have been working through and trying to eradicate before upping that intensity of my workouts again. Work hard and also work smart. Lovely to see Paul McKenna, I remember him from circa 20 years ago with his hypnosis! I am manifesting a slim, toned, curvy active mother of three blissfully delightful children, all at home again eating my roast dinners, Asian, Caribbean and African food too, after doing their homework. My investments hit the roof in value and stay there indefinitely. I work in the legal sector in a role that is demanding but flexible. I have a side hustle in the health and fitness industry / business. The work has been put in for that with sincerity. Let’s see whether it happens.
Those who criticise the likes of manifesting and vision boards aren't looking at it correctly. Someone who says I wish I had this specific thing or job, but then just get on with their lives every day, often not thinking about their goal, aren't doing the same as someone who's made a vision board. If you see your vision board for example every time you go to the kitchen, then several times a day that goal is being reinforced over and over. You're being given a prompt to think about that goal and what can you think of at this moment to get their. If you see it only twice a day, that's over 700 times a year you're going to be reminded. Each time you're going to maybe have a different idea of what to do to get there. It's not woo woo, it's just re-focusing yourself on that goal every day. Saying all that, I've never done anything like that, but I get it.
There's a doctor with a channel (Amanda Pleet) who says to put the reminder on your phone, or the picture by your bed. That way, it's the first thing you see when you wake up, and gets you motivated to get up and go get it
I noticed a lot of scathing comments about this on Facebook. Not sure what to make of the new book, some were saying it’s an annual rehash of his material.
This is basically "The Secret" mantra of thoughts become things. It's been around for over a decade at least. Including vision boards. Nothing new here.

It’s about balance action but not trying to have too much control
This man is amazing💯‼️

Everybody takes part in manifestation whether you believe it or not. You’re manifesting all the time with your thoughts, feelings and actions.

It’s new to people who have never heard of it before
Correct, it won’t work unless I use it. 😂
It's the basis of hypnosis...which is why he specialises in it.
