@TheWorthyGamer10 how do you get the 13.04 version without steam HOI3? A lot of your problems will go away if you get that leadership to at least 100% your much better with the navy then me, i hate it. I have to ask, whats up with all of that militia ? as in why ( normal and fac... i know you cant upgrade fac militia, as japan.. but why get it)
