    • @danielmelvin4525
      @danielmelvin4525 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Bret wasn’t a crusierweight he was 235-240 pounds. Same weight as heavyweight champions of the 80s such as Ric Flair and WWFs own Macho Man Randy Savage.
      Ric Flair at one point did weight 270 but it was natural from strength training.
      How big you look at 250 lbs depends on your height, weight, body type, and what type of training your doing. Guys had to stop taking roids. They couldn’t look shredded at 270 unless they wanted to bulk up to extreme weights over 300 lbs and cut from there. With their schedules the diet required for that naturally would be very hard to do.
      Most the guys today don’t even do the initial bulk up required of most pro athletes. Which for most male athletes would be to go from your normal 165-185 lb range to 220 lbs.
      This bulk up is required for pro wrestling for their to be any believalbilty in these guys being able to lift some of the guys who are big regardless of training and lack of steroids (some adult men are giant without having to try).
