I tried using that “odd” balmy shade as a highlight and it totally worked as a balmy highlight (similar in look, only to Lit Up Highlight Stick from Westman).

I agree about her voice. There are definitely some TH-camrs who like to watch their tutorials, but their voices get on my nerves, so I turn the volume off.😂 I also loved the pink look, but pinks and burgundy are my go to shades. I will try all of the looks, and I also want to use those pink with one or both of the blues together. I have blue-green eyes, so I'm not sure how it would look if I put blue across the whole lid. I also love the New Nudes palette.

I was at Sephora for like 1 hour trying to decide if it was worth it. I do not own a lot of palettes because I am usually comfortable in the same nude/neutral shades, but this palette is just beautiful. I just discovered your channel when looking for inspiration and I must say that these looks are amazing! Simple, yet beautiful, but not like over the top so they look intimmidating, don't know if I am exolaining myself. Anyway thanks a lot! Will be recreating and hopefully I do not regret this purchase haha.

I was like oh I have got to have that and I love it more than the mercury retrograde! I am still beating myself up over the ND glam palettes ha I loved your review . I know the lighter version was back today but I don’t like buying that kind of stuff from Sephora because it is always broken 😡
So I buy from the sites early or maybe on beautylish depending on the brand of course ! I love my Patrick ta palette and also have the vanity palette I’m obsessed with both for the everyday fall looks but I love Natasha and I own most of her palettes so it is so hard to not get them haha 😂 I still have a few more days for rouge if I change my mind but I just know it will come broken ! Your eye shape is so beautiful. I think four of the looks are amazing when you without mascara. May be brown, softish eyeliner and mascara fit much more. So beautiful, amazing ❤️

I was a little on the fence with this palette bc I couldn’t pick up the shimmers I tried with a brush as well, but I will just use fingers. So pretty. 🤍
I do think these shimmers are very hard to be picked up with a brush.. i would def use fingers!!!

Can’t wait to get this pallet. I couldn’t decide between this one and the Retro, so got them both, also Huetopian. At least I got them all on sale. That should be enough for 2022. I have oily hooded eyes so I always have to use glitter glue with all shimmers on my eyelid. I always do my eyes first but this way no fallout.
I understand why you don’t like cool toned pink much with your skin tone. I am a pale neutral, so can wear warm and cool colors.
I will not be using that weird shade. Huda needs to get over it, in my opinion.
Love your soothing voice, you are the Bob Ross of makeup. I paint for a hobby, not Bob Ross, but real oil painting, but people used to watch him just to relax, because of his vibe, his soothing voice. He was a retired military sergeant and when he started his TV show, he said he would never scream at anyone again!!
Your color sense is strong. Have you done other art, besides makeup??? I know you are crazy busy, but someday, you should.
You got some amazing palettes this year😍😍 also you gave me the biggest compliment ❤️❤️ love Bob Ross and i watch him to relax sometimes!! I do hair color, so i have a lot of education with color because of that. I have to understand undertones and what colors cancel each other and all that. Besides that I didn’t really do any painting or drawing.. i don’t think i have that gift.. I grew up in Romania so art was very important. Learning about different painters, music, etc. I appreciate art and the history behind any painting, it relaxes me!!! ❤️

Loved seeing the promo photos from the moment Huda posted this palette. I've been using it the past week and I have to say that the quality is really good ! I did a 5 looks video and it's really versatile, but I do think it's missing a deeper pink with purple hints if you ask me.
I could see how we could use another deep or purple!! I used the shade Mantra to darken things up, but having one that has more purple in it would work so well!! I’m gonna have to check out your looks❤️❤️

I am 44 and strictly a Chanel and Dior girl but as soon as I saw this Huda release this I was intrigued. My daughter and I went and swatched it at Sephora on the weekend and I was sold. My daughter is buying it for me for Christmas and I am already so excited .I am an intuitive crystal healer and wear pink and purple kaftans so this will suit me to a T 😂

Just wanted to add the centre shade that I have seen others use in their reviews as almost a cheek highlighter, so in place of the bigger “petri dish” one that came out with this collection. I think the actual big highlighter and that shade look super cool and unique, the cluster doesn’t bother me either haha

I could never picture myself with nice straight white teeth. I really can’t believe I waited so long to do this. I don’t think it’s hit me yet. I keep getting a shock every time I see myself and I actually didn’t realise how much my facial features had changed. My smile lines had gotten quite deep, I knew they had a bit but not that much. Wow wow wow. I am so happy. I haven’t even done my makeup yet. I’ll definitely send you a photo. I have the Empowered palette and it has that glossy shade in their too called manifest I believe. I've used it on a neutral look and I love it. But I think it's supposed to be an eye glossy, kind of like what MAC has. I may get this palette along with Mercury retrograde later this week. Love the looks you came out with. 😊
If you are dark skin toned, I think the Empowered palette would be stunning. I cannot imagine using it on my pale ghost skin. 😂😂😂
I can't wait to use this and the mercury retrograde together. I think they are good companions for each other. I was also thinking the balmy shade might make for an intriguing browbone highlight that wouldn't disturb the rest of the look too much.
That could work, i’ll have to try it! I heard some people use it as a highlighter and it works!
I was going to say brow bone and as a highlighter as well, because I think highlighter that came out in the Rose Quartz Collection is just a big pan of the beads.

I should say it’s the biggest brush that you use in the tutorial. The brush that you place the first transition shade on your eye.
It is one from Studio Gear #34! I adore that brush! I have had it for over 10 years and it’s still in amazing condition!!

Came here for the review (and you did an awesome job, money flying away from my pocket as I speak) but wondering about your nose piercing! What size is it if you dont mind my asking? I am trying to purchase nose piercing rings and get my nose pierced but I am so confused with the hoop sizing and yours looks perfect!
I had it done 7 years ago and i can’t remember all the details. I know the gauge is 20! Not sure about the mm.. i know i had a bigger one that i didn’t like and then one that was too thin.. i have a bigger nose so i needed it to fit well, so i went to 20gauge! Hope this helps!!

You have the cutest nose and it fits so well which is why I was asking haha i was debating between 8 mm and 7 mm but i think I might play it safe with the larger size and get it shortened if need be!

I took one look at this at Sephora and didn’t bat an eye at the price. It truly is beautiful to look at. Unfortunately, I don’t find the shimmery shades to have much staying power. Lots of fall out and the shadow fades before I even leave the house. I use urban decay primer. I’ve tried using a fingertip, I’ve tried wetting my brush. Strangely enough, I tried using the weird cream shadow as a primer, and that gave me the most attractive results….but no real longevity, fades as well. I don’t get it. I never have problems with any other eyeshadows.
Interesting… I personally never struggle with my eyeshadows lasting so I didn’t experience that with this eyeshadow palette. I usually just put a little bit of concealer and powder on top of the eyelid, but not all the time.
