The gun bloom values aren’t that bad for an auto(re)loading tier 8 heavy (compare it to the IS3A, Bisonte, T77 etc.), so I think there’s an argument for using an Improved Aiming Unit (either Bounty or in a Firepower slot) instead of an IRM, particularly since combining Vert Stabs and an IRM weaken the overall benefit (because the bloom reductions are multiplicative rather than additive).
Yeah that is a very valid point, I do completely agree that’s an option, I would say for my personal preference I play it at close range 90% of the time. The setup your suggesting is pretty much what I play on my Bourrasque as you don’t have to fit turbo to still be able to relocate
As a scrub player, I still got to ask why no vents? Does it not benefit all aspects of the tank's performance more than just one aspect? i.e. Vents, Turbo, Vertical Stabiliser?
This is probably the first game I’ve playing in this tank in a platoon, I never platoon with anyone and I still have over 3k average in this tank whilst the nearest other tier 8 is at about 2600 and the rest are 2200

In my opinion the gun handling needs all the help it can get, if you personally dont find it that bad then vents is an option :)
