I used to have the same problem with mascara on my bottom lashes!! The reason it smudges even if it’s waterproof is because it’s the oil in your skin causing the mascara to run (and waterproof mascara only covers against water not oil) I found if you bake under your eyes (or just regularly powder when you feel oily) this will help massively!! Xxx
Omg thanks for this! This might be why i haven’t had this issue with the skyhigh mascara at all. I have been powdering more recently and going for the velvet matte smooth look in stead of dewy
Does this happen with eye pencil too? Because I always use eye pencil as eyeliner on the outer and inner corner of my eye, and after some hours I end up looking like a panda,😭

I've used up like 4 bottles of that garnier micellar water, it's the bomb! Takes makeup off well, smells good, doesn't burn your eyes. 10/10 would recommend.

I recommend elf’s clear lash and brow gel it holds your brow hairs all day and works great
I religiously use this! My favorite stuff ever. I don’t even wear makeup anymore, but simply using this stuff makes my eyebrows look neat and shaped well. :)
I use this but it drys and leaves white clumps
@@Duolingo12312 make sure to scrape some of the gel off of the brush before you use it! When I use less it works and then doesn’t leave clumps.

I really like the waterproof skyhigh mascara. It adds beautiful length and it doesn’t clump my lashes and it truly is transfer proof. I had the same issue with mascara i would end up with panda eyes but that mascara has truly changed that around for me!

The only mascara that won’t smudge on the undereye area is a tubing mascara. I use the one from Thrive Causementics, or the Milani one which is a dupe for the Thrive one.

I’ve got those same lashes from my beauty supply store and they were the best. Super easy to put on. I recommend them more than the regular clusters which requires glue.

i had the same problem with mascara smearing under with my bottom lashes and literally nothing worked. but now i swear by the neen mascara or glossier lash slick. they dont smear, more so crumble away so its much easier to brush away!

Girl!! MAC EXTENDED PLAY MASCARA is the only mascara I have ever used in my life that doesnt transfer for bottom mascara. I have used it since 2012 lol i only use it for lower lashes because of it
