I relate to that; I’ve been having compulsions to wash my hands for 10+ years. It’s not as bad as when it first started but jeez I have to use a heavy duty moisturizer on my hands almost every night to keep them from being dry and cracked 😭

If I were to hear random tapping from different asmrtists, I honestly believe I would be able to know which one is Sara. The best tapping, hands down.

Stores are a big source of anxiety for me, I can never go in without earbuds to block the noises of people, but seeing this gives me comfort that stores aren't as scary as my anxiety says it is, and that there's things that can be comforting or calming if I need a moment Also I loved the pillows in the bags, crinkly but not the sharp kind that makes me wince, they were deep crinkles
