This is a repeat of an earlier episode. When your kid comes home from school and declares "I'm the worst at math" or "everyone is better at gymnastics than me", you might think that you can teach them to believe in themselves with some words of encouragement. But confidence doesn't come from the outside. True confidence comes from feeling good enough inside. Honestly it’s really annoying to hear parents say their kids are so talented at a very young ages. They haven’t done anything advance yet and how on earth are they talented !!??? All those unrealistic and grandiose thoughts about yourself and your child lead them to have these issues!!!!

Her videos come just at the right time. I love how she doesn't try to fix them or the situation but meeting them where they need to be met with empathy feeling heard even in the everyday experiences & moods we sometimes wish to avoid. Brilliant not only for parenting but for us adults as well 😂💜
