THANK YOU!!
KKKKK Some people seem to think I missed him apologizing I DID NOT I PROMISE. I guess I didn't react to that one line but trust me I was soaking it all in especially him saying Izuku like the apology was an obvious given at that point but yes it was super nice to see him fr saying it. And the apology was one thing but seeing him bow was like, extra respect and sorry-ness???? lol so I was like omg
🥹🥹🥹
Your right but now it civilians right here if uraraka go she need put words careful or a speech if she make their or deku change them mind but either way deku will leave and no one never goes to see him again go hide from everyone until he ready for fight one for all it matters is opinion and right or wrong no respect no others choose
Bones did an amazing job with it 🙏
I'm glad you noticed he called him for his first name FOR THE FIRST TIME in the whole series
okay good !!
They did this part of the manga such justice, bring back both You Say Run and the Kid VA's for the apology.
You Say Run was such a good choice
They should’ve done the manga panel where his face was scary they did the shading on toya but they couldn’t do it for deku
it wasn't you say run, it was closer to from me to you but it was a whole new song with the "MHA theme" reprise in it. but 100% the reprise use and timing was brilliant, i just love that they had all new structure for the first 3/4 that helped the scene feel like a new beginning of sorts, which it definitely is.
Yeah although i do wish they would have showed the panel of him tearing through ragnorak
Each member of 1A presented a different argument to Deku
Koda: The principle himself, the smartest guy said it's ok for Deku to come back
Sero: Deku doesn't even look like a hero anymore
Jirou: Even if it's something trivial, Deku has done something for her, and she consider him a dear friend for that
Ojiro: Deku protected his honor, it's his turn to protect him
Sato: Think about the people that will be sad, like Eri
Momo: It's their mission to bring him back, so they won't give up
Kaminari: There's something in Deku's life more important than his destiny as One For All
Shouji: Deku himself said with their combined power, they can even give All Might a challenge
Tsuyu: She tried giving advice, but it didn't change anything, so this time she will be by his side
Todoroki: This whole thing could be AFO's plan all along, so he can attack UA or isolates Deky
Mineta: What makes Deku great isn't his power, but him being scared yet still has the courage to fight on
Uraraka: Things are different than when Bakugou was kidnapped, and there's nothing disgraceful in asking for help
Iida: They won't stop helping Deku, because giving help even it's not asked for is what makes a true hero
Kirishima: They're doing the same thing Deku did when he tried to save Bakugou even when he's powerless
Mina: They already lost so many people, she doesn't want to lose Deku as well
Bakugou: Deku can't do everything on his own, that's why they're here to help him
You're right this is class 1A and this episode proves that even if it's just a little Izuku has affected and changed their lives and perspective of a hero .
Another sweet detail is that the three main ppl that actually stop him are the 3 closest ppl he has at UA
First was Iida he is the 2nd true friend he made at UA and he's the class rep he is the leading person to connect the whole class to Izuku , he's also the one that taught Iida what a hero is and help saved him from his destructive path once. Him being the one to "stop" him is just perfect.
Bakugo , he's his longtime friend /bully he has a lot to do with him but he knows that he can't be the one to reach out to him so he gives it to Iida . But he's also the one to fully convince Izuku that they can keep up , that they wanna help even after knowing the risk and being injured and seeing all those pros fall to AFO they still wanna help him even just a bit to carry the Generational burden of OFA. Bakugo represents them bring him back to UA to physically save him .
Ochako , the first real friend he made at UA , the one that changed so much about him and help changed herself . When Deku returns to UA he KNOWS that he can't stay , that even though he wants to for his friends the refuges won't let him . And he was willing to leave in the state he was in just to let them have a peace of mind he may have been saved physically but he still feels that he doesn't belong that he needs to go . And Ochako being the one to stop him and just tell him it'll be alright is beautiful . She now has to be the one to save his heart , to make him STAY at UA , his hero academia .
Throughout of all of this there is one student that wasn't there at all. I wonder why 🤔
Invisible girl:
@@mtithewoodentank4817 HEY no spoilers … back into your manga den where you came .
But ya this was kinda a red flag from Horikoshi . Let the TH-cam theories figure it out while waiting for season 7
@Mti • The Wooden Tank there's a reason why invisible girl and aoyama are shelved. Their feelings and stories are for the next season
iida connected deku with the class, bakugo connected deku with his ideals and himself and urarakas role now is to connect deku to civilians, I love how this was done 😭
If you notice, before they showed the Civilians in UA, Izuku said that he can’t go in there because it was too noisy. Danger Sense was going off, ringing in his head before he even entered UA
Plus in the manga danger sense was going wild constantly going off becuase of their uproar
mans cant get a break, even if class A had a point, deku did too
If you notice, they did the similar ramp they were using when they're trying to save bakugo from League of Villains back in season 3
YOOO I THOUGHT THE SAME
THE PARALLELS
Same city as well. And the parallel between Bakugo knowing Iida was the one to bring Deku back at the end and taking a back seat just like how Deku knew Kirishima was the only one who could reach out to Bakugo when they rescued him.
Horikoshi loves his paralells man. If I made it my job to find them all, I'd be working until I die😂NO JOKE
It's in the same place too, and the fact that deku gave up reaching out his hand to bakugo and bakugo did the same thing now 😭
"When heroes are suffering, who will protect the heroes?"
That's *such* a good line. This whole episode was just such an amazing one and I was watching the last third of the episode with tears in my eyes. That really shows how *far* he has come since Season 1 and how much he has developed as a person. It was just beautiful
Uraraka has been pondering that question for so long, and now she is ready to tell the world the answer
True, it's such a good line. Uraraka's time to shine next episode 🤍
Hearing Bakugo call Deku "Izuku" has got me all emotional
U don't know how much I REPLAYED
Your indignation at the end is really appreciated and makes me happy, but I honestly think that Horikoshi writes the public sentiment very well. What's sad is how the public's reaction in-universe ("the fake" world) is really not so different from ours. I *hope* that people who watch this show can learn from this and act on our own fears more productively.
so true
I think it's pretty accurate too. Those people have lived this all time under All Might's protection and with everything happening (not just because of the villains, but also the lost trust in heroes) they just reject everything and everyone that could put them in danger, hero or not (and surely they heard about the rumours around "Dark Deku", all the more reason to not want to let him in).
I CRIED SO HARD LIKE KA CHAN BEING MATURE AND APOLOGIZING AND SAYING IZUKI FOR THE FIRST TIME!! HAD ME UGLY CRYING
AND THE WHOLE EPISODE LIKE I WAS TEARING UP SO MUCH AHH
I honestly have nothing but respect for all of these kids. They had so much responsibility placed on them and they still managed to pull through!
The best part of this clash is how it's not just a mental battle. Yes their goal is to save Midoriya's mindset first. But they truly did have to prove they could physically stop him. Catching up to his Faux 100% was a statement he couldn't ignore. He was massively worried for their safety as in the last major battle we had pro-heroes dropping left and right. AfO loves to torture his victims and Deku doesn't just need friends. He needs powerful allies. Great choreography!! I loved this man smashing head first into Todoroki's wall
Tensai would be proud of Tenya right now, being faster than the fastest being in-universe
i mean... deku at 100%.. with no sleep deprivation would body 100% all class 1-A i think.. i think him having all these issues from leaving the school helped in him losing
also the shock at seeing Thirteen's design is very relatable, she's super cute!
*Class 1-A really showed off their teamwork here. Together, they were able to keep up with One for All, and go toe to toe with it. Granted the goal was never really to fight back, just to escape, but still... If I’m being honest though, part of me is still kind of scared for 1-A in the long run. Like, yeah, against One for All they put up a great fight, but against All for One, I hope they make it out of this unscathed.*
Do you literally copy and paste this on every reaction of this episode?
@@CosmicMumenRider *If I’m being honest I just like interacting with people in comment sections and I can never find a good way to rephrase some stuff. 😅*
@@DetroitSmash seems fair enough, but it gets kinda annoying
@@hooria_14 *Sorry... 😅*
I'm a 25 yr old dude whose family describes him as distant, unreadable, and lacking emotion. I legit had tears coming out my eyes when Bakugo apologized to homeboy. Not sure why or where that came from, cause I never get that emotional from anime wtf.
Me
Same
Enough to make a grown man cry.
The difference in translations though.
When Deku apologized for saying they can't keep up, Bakugo said "I know". But in other translator, he said "I understand" or "It's fine". The difference!
But "I know" is very Bakugo response. So that probably is the correct one.
YOUR REACTIONS ARE?? SO AMAZING??? AND ACCURATE???
Bruh ur mha reactions are such a treasure. And yeah this episode has got to be my favourite of this season tbh! The class is such a family it physically hurts my heart. THE APOLOGY LETS GOOOO
Idk if you saw at 10:24, but they updated Bakugo’s name to his Hero name, which is long, which made me laugh lol 🤣
But yeah, seeing Bakugo opened up and apologized to Midoriya (on top of the majority of the callbacks that his friends recalled their time with him) made me break down in tears, to the point that a guy like me ended up feeling like a 10 year old kid again 😭😭
14:39 yeah 13’s identity had been revealed in the manga, but this is first time they showed her in the anime…
Same...like everyone have short names like Froppy or Uravity and then there's Bakugo and Aoyama🤣🤣🤣
I'm so glad Ida got his shine this episode~
It's seems like bakugo was the main one tryna get him back. He took the leadership role in every situation. Bakugo was front and center all the way.
my mom never cried while watching the most brutal anime but somehow cried with the bakudeku apology, such an amazing episode
I’m fr so grateful for your reaction. I was FIGHTING FOR MY LIFE trying not to cry again as a manga reader but the adaptation of this moment is so well done and they really elevated all of these moments. After watching this episode I knew you would enjoy this episode more than any other reactor because this moment with class 1-A is so important and so special, all that time together meant so much to all of them. You laughed and teared up alongside all of us this episode 😖😭🥺
you truly understand this episode and the characters so well like. you just get Izuku and Katsuki and its such a joy to watch your reactions. (also so relatable with the screaming me too) I was really crying this episode even more than when I read it in the manga I think
You had the BEST reactions to this episode I’ve seen yet! I LOVE your unbridled joy over this episode! Ma’am, I was screaming along with you!
Kaji Yuki (Shoto Todoroki/Eren Yeager) was on top of his game in his voice performance! I TOTALLY heard him go into “Eren” mode when shouting at Midoriya.
And Okamoto (Bakugo)! I literally CAN’T with him! I LOVED how he handled this seminal moment - “THE Apology!” I was both laughing AND in tears. Just pitch perfect!
This episode was everything and more. As a Manga reader, they did this sequence justice. And the way they rendered the “UA Barrier” was epic! That’s a formidable wall/fortress they’ve built.
As for the refugees - they can go walk right back out of that shelter instead of coming after Midoriya on MY watch!!
As much as I love this episode, I can hardly wait until Uraraka’s performance next week!
So far you're the only one that noticed he called him Izuku
Yet she missed him saying “I’m sorry for everything”
that anger at the last scene😂
as a manga reader let me tell you, you're gonna LOVE the next episode😂😂😂
Ooh she's gonna LOVE the guy with all might's shirt 😁
Katsuki saying Sorry was enough for me finally big applause to our murder dynamite god
6:52 SAMEE that's what i was thinking, even the wall LMFAO
2:10 best part 😌
Indeed
I legit just finished the episode and came out chere to see how many other people were also bawling their eyes out🥲 I mean I read the manga already but it's something else to watch it play out visually 🥺
I’m so proud of Katsuki with his genuine apology, they almost made me cry when everyone was talking to Izuku. Poor baby boy needs a nap. Also 13 was so cute.
Yeah, you’re right, sometimes the hardest part of getting to people is that you have to cut into the part of them that will let you save/help them. If they aren’t willing to accept it, there’s little you can do.
I, too, wanted to fight the civilians!
Me trying my first blunt with the windows closed:
The smoke alarm in my dorm: 13:26
This was the best episode of this season, finally Bakugou asked for forgiveness.
This episode really capitalized on Deku's history with Class 1A, but more than anything Bakugo recalling everything and apologising... damn👏💜🔥
This is the first time Kacchan calls me by my official name, "Izuku."
I used to call him "Deku" in a silly way because it can also be read as "deku" in Japanese when written in kanji.
A lot of people were upset with how quickly the vigilante Deku chapters ended, and that he was beaten by 1A. I, to this day, question both the intelligence and the eyesight of those people. Man was literally collapsing from exhaustion before the fight even started, and wasn't even really given a moment to fight back due to how rapidly 1A was going at him.
Could we have gotten more time with him in this state? Sure. Guess what, though? It would have ultimately been pointless. This version of Deku is barely a coherent human being. That's the depth of his obsession and madness at this moment. Every chapter would have just been more or less pointless filler of him fighting himself half to death, and flashing back to all the reasons what he's doing right now is "right". Those hypothetical chapters would serve next to no purpose other than to pad the runtime of the story, and hurt Horikoshi's health even more.
15:42 the fact that this would 100% happen irl if we're ever faced with the same situation... Also get your heart ready for next episode, if they do it right it'll crush you, honestly the manga readers had been complaining about the vigilante arc not being long enough but I think horikoshi wrote this masterfully
acktchually “manga readers’ “ complain back then was Deku having too much spotlight. You can still see the comments if you want to look them up.
@@manhwafanatic oh really? I thought most of the readers loved it. Eh... I can respect that, though personally I would've loved a longer dark arc
THIS IS WHY BAKUGO KATSUKI IS BEST BOI, WHAT A CHARACTER❤
@ 10:19 "That moment was everything!"
In my mind I was like "you ain't see nothing yet"
Then @ 13:23 😭😭😭👏👏👏
The way they finally bring him back is the same method Deku came up with for saving Bakugo from the League just with more of the class involved
I needed this episode so much.
16:58 " oh my god it ended " ..i felt the same thing.. 😂..
I know you didn’t like the way the civilians were acting but in reality that’s how it is when powerless people act when they’re scared.
18:40 I think while it's definitely not okay, it's understandable why they're fearful. Because you have to remember, a lot of people were chilling in the streets setting up their own defense and stuff. The school basically said they'd provide safety, and now to them it looks like that the school did an uno reverse on them. I'm guessing from their perspective, they coulda just stayed on the field at this point. Not saying that it makes it okay, but it's understandable from that perspective.
I knew a long time ago when I read the manga you would not be ready for the big Bakugo apology scene.
Girl but same I screamed when he said Izuku and I’m sorry but when bakugo ean to catch him I was having a heart attack likeeee
I waited for so long for this moment, I'm crying inside and so happily satisfied! 😭
16:04 lala hand rate E! for Everyone!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🖐️
Idk why but the way you stopped in your tracks to change Sukuna to Yuuji was cute 😂
Basically bakugo saw deku while he wasnt strong they both knew that at least not physically, but that maturity wise he was much more stronger since he wasnt praised or looked up to all his life and so bakugo hated that that he was some how "behind deku" even though izuku had no quirk to use, and that even after getting a quirk now he was the one getting looked up to asking for advice and yet he didnt take it for granted
I like that you are pausing when you want to say something and not just letting the episode play and you end up talking over something important like most reactors do.
We was all ready to pull up on those civilians fr💀
Midoriya "With Great Power Comes Too Much Responsibility" Izuku, if Deku is Superman, Bakugou and Todoroki are his Batman and Wonder Woman, Uraraka and Iida are his Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen
He’s literally being based after Spider-Man, so I’d say it’s more like Harry Osborn and MJ
Love your reactions so much ♡ :"0 I immediately thought to look for your video after I watched the episode since it's so nice to see your thoughts :^) !!
All the students talking to Midoriya made me emotional.. but specifically Ida and Bakugou *SOBS* AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
I needed to run back to this reaction getting ready for season 7
Damn that cake in 2:10
I gotta say this arc of the season is animation is hitting way different than the last arc even though last arc was action heavy arc, i thought the animation was not as great as some of the earlier fight scenes we got except for the beginning of that arc..but with this new arc with Lady Nagant fight and now with this "fight" i feel so much connected and emotionally attached to the characters than before thanks to the beautiful animation
If there's a God....
May he blessed those cats 🫡🤲
my favorite moment 2:09
There's a fine line between being cultured and being creepy...
@@furiousdestroyah9999 damn my bad big bro
Some points to clarify about this episode:
1. I LOVED IT!!!
2. The whole thing with Mineta is basically a mistranslation that kinda carried over from a mistranslation from the manga. Mineta actually meant he admired Deku, that his actions caught his interest, not that he had literally fallen in love with him or anything. (Good God, I don't wanna remember how sick and weird the shippers were making fanart about Deku and Mineta)
3. The whole problem with society pretty much demanding protection and sacrifices from the heroes, like the heroes owe them and HAVE to put their safety on the line for them, while it's understandable that they're scared and that the hero society hasn't been well managed at all, they've grown incredibly dependent on the heroes, they've stopped seeing them as people anymore and they've turn significantly selfish and self-centered, to the point that they prioritize their own well-being and comfort over that of a barely alive 16 year-old child that's been going through hell and back, fighting with no food, rest or even a glimpse of a stable mental health and self-esteem just to protect them and give them hope while he himself falls apart. This is a problem that I think also carried over from All Might's era, with him going to fight and stop villains everywhere, overworking himself to the point of literally spitting blood, not being able to stay in his Muscle Form for too long, and have his health deteriorate more and more (something that he sadly passed on to Deku) and pretty much wanting to be the ONLY ONE to protect everyone instead of supporting the idea of a collective of heroes and civilians that support and help each other.... well people are gonna have to learn to work together and look out for others rather than just themselves, something I imagine Deku's generation might help accomplish.
And finally 4. Expect Uraraka to be the big star of next episode, and get ready emotionally.
Really fun reaction to this beautiful story, thanks
i was SPECIFICALLY waiting for your reaction to thiss !!
It's not even "Don't let that man into U.A." It's "Don't let that BOY into U.A." HE IS A CHILD!!! He's been out there fighting for this whole city for months and these people are gonna shun him? If they got a problem with it, they're more than welcome to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
I understand being mad at the people, but we have to putt ourself in their places. Having people breaking in your house, killing and destroying and that happening everywhere
I'm not gonna be mad at them because i can't guarantee i wouldn't be one of them if i lived the same hell they were living. I'm not saying i would be one of them, i just don't know how extreme fear would affect me and i'm sure that's the same for everyone in real life
If you're this mad at the civilians this episode, get ready for the next episode cuz PHEW LORDT it's annoying af. my blood pressure was through the roof 😤
i dont know how it took me this long but i only just realized iida shares a voice actor with noe from VnC after he caught midoriya's hand
lol speaking of, can we talk about how bad deku must smell, on the go pretty much 24/7
out in public to be both bait and available to save anyone who needs it?
that "lets take a bath" line hits different XD
been a long time since i actually cried to an anime ngl this episode was so emotional horikoshi is S an writer at emotional moments
thank you so much for your reaction especially to the citizen not wanting deku in when i read it in the manga i was so pissed ... realistically this could happen in real life maybe even worse like kicking his mom and friends out ppl can sometimes be scary monsters
I've been waiting for this thank you😭❤️❤️
This arc was written during the time when racism was getting an extreme limelight and during CoVid so you can get the inspiration for the events going on here.
This is one of the reasons why I love this series, it's also like recording everything important that is happening irl.
I wonder if people from the future will use this series in their art? literature? lessons??
finally the octopus is flipped!!! 😭😭😭
I also didn’t know that the water machine is the little girl inside. 😆
That’s not the washing machine, that’s Thirteen, the hero with the Black Hole quirk
6:06 Well....
I could be *The Punisher* ....
Considering your reactions to the masses, I think you will find the next episode particularly satisfying
Thirteen’s face reveal caught me completely off guard, I took so many screenshots.
Man its videos like these that just make me love watching you. i want someone i can relate tp in terms of hype when i watch these things! and iw as freaking out the exact same way and even cried at bakugo's apology. I mean it is sometimes hard to hear the audio of the anime but your reactions are just so genuine and fun that it makes me love watching you.
Thanks for the headphone warnings LOL
Can’t wait to hear J. Michael Tatum crush Iida’s lines
two person so close to deku
today bakugo
next week uraraka
the Thirteen face reveal was so random lmfaoo
I'm just going to say it right now, class 1-A is the best group of friends i have seen on anime
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thirteen's face reveal came out of nowhere lmao
2:10 👀
I'm a 45 year old guy... And i cried in this episode 😂
Did she missed the part where he said "im sorry for everything" ? or im tripping ?
Nah she definitely did
If feels so nice to make that 999 1k😌
13 looking like a snack!
I have never seen so many warnings in a reaction video 😂

The Hero 13, can get it. NO CAP
Wait till the next ep. ALSO depending on if this seasons as long as last season, we might just MIGHT get to the justification for what was my biggest disappointed in the Class 1A intervention arc
今までの動画で1番声量がデカかった
Wait, I remember when this part came out in the manga, people started theorizing that Mineta might be gay for Deku.
what microphone do u use, love the vids btw :]
Outside of this great reaction, just wanted to point out that you look really damn good!!😮💨💯🙌🏾 that is all!
Damn this episode was really good, and I don't even watch this series XD. I stopped after season 2 but this vigilante arc seems interesting, then there's also this episode and the next one as well that people are hyping up a lot :)
everyone in the class is involved in this episode except aoyama and invisible girl
they'll be important in the next season
I'm hyped to see (spoiler)
