the new panda 4x4 isn't a bad car tho, people are just reluctant to actually get up and try it, ive personally driven one and yes its a lil noisey, its a lil small but I didn't care, it has character and it was fun to drive, I know its mainly a city car but its nice to have the option to drive out the city and fly around some hills with a few boulders stuck in the middle.
