A Shanghaiese colleague told me 20plus or 30 years ago, Shanghai officials went to HK and Singapore to study both places' housing situations and you can see the result now in Shanghai. 身為台灣年輕人，真的羨慕新加坡政府願意蓋HDB，而且是合理的價格，在台灣這是沒辦法想像的，「居住正義」只是政客的選舉口號。根據官方統計，台灣政治人物的政治獻金過半是建商捐獻，可想而知不敢得罪建商以免失去選舉經費，況且若真的蓋了HDB，附近居民也會抗議價格不得低於市場行情，免得讓他們的房子掉價。近年台灣房價所得比屢創新高，2022年台北市要不吃不喝16年，與香港23年真是難兄難弟，哈哈哈哈......嗚嗚嗚嗚嗚。

原本感覺新加坡的物價跟台灣差距很大，但最近以台灣的物價跟房價來看，幾乎已經跟新加坡差不多了，但是我們的基本薪資可是差了新加坡一大截。
默默的才開始感覺到新一代的台灣年輕人對於房地產是多麼遙不可及的
在台灣我們每月4萬(約1750新幣)是我們的平均薪資。
而網路上資料顯示新加坡每月12萬(約5200新幣) 是他們的平均薪資。
就以這樣的薪資差距，我們的房價竟然跟新加坡只是"差距不大"的價格。
片中看到5顆蘋果才約70塊台幣，真的來講已經是比台灣的蘋果物價低了。
在小吃街價格來講，說實在跟台灣的物價真的也差異不大。
有东西贵，就有东西便宜的，每个地方都有他的优势，新加坡背靠东南亚，这些地方本身就生产水果，离得近运费便宜，所以水果蔬菜便宜。

台灣一個便當100多台幣，新加坡一個雞飯也台幣100多，但是台灣的收入差新加坡好幾倍，不過台灣水電便宜（因為政府要選票），所以各有利弊

When Pinnacle@Ducton was first launched, the units were going for $500k and Singaporeans were complaining about that back then!

我是香港人, 自己做小生意, 跟過很多星加坡人聊天, 他們基本上都很滿意政府. 但都要看你為人, 有些星加坡跟我說為想學我做些小生意, 但是星加坡不容易, 一來那邊打工賺錢不少, 自己做生意的不容易賺到錢. 但香港如果你懂得做生意你可以賺很多錢, 始終香港機會多.
不過如果你只想開心生活, 我覺得星加坡應該是天堂了吧.

新加坡生活費還是蠻高的，政府天天想著怎麼用你的錢。如果你想開心應該去新加坡隔壁的馬來西亞。壓力會低很多。尤其是你在香港新加坡賺錢，然後在馬來西亞花的話，那樣就真的是天堂。
国家资本主义和自由资本主义的不同啦
两边实际都生活就知道：
1）最新香港年轻人首次置业有超低税+9成贷款的，按照本地工资俩夫妻每人拿出30几万港币（包杂费）买个2房单位根本不难，按本地普通薪水正常存几年钱就有了。
2）而且香港买房供房的钱完全属于个人私有资产（就算房子太老了强制回收，政府也会按普通楼龄约8成市价给你钱），供房屋贷款还可以减税（申报后正常薪资水平基本0交税）
3）新加坡人一次性用自己公积金户口的钱买的祖屋有99年限期，属于消耗品（转手也不能重算）=香港的公屋，而区别是祖屋要一次性扣钱，公屋则是每月交个2-3千港币。所以何来优势？
4）新加坡人发薪每月要交公积金，个人是20%，公司是17%（一共是薪资的37%），这些公司都会算入薪资成本，但都不是实际打工人实际所拿到的钱，虽然说是用来看医生和买房子，但是对比的香港公立医院是真正的免费（不会扣你的公积金养老金）而且就算要看私立医院，新加坡私立医院的价格比香港的高了不知道多少。
5）香港人日常消费没有消费税，进口商品的产品税也更低，所以买一样的东西和服务，新加坡人要给更多的钱到政府手里。
6）新加坡人没有所谓的免费综援等资助给需要帮助的人/老人，老了要靠养老金，香港除了养老金又是综援，又是生果金，又是伤残津贴，又是免费医疗，从2岁到大学各种免费教育和资助等等（这点住在香港的新加坡人最能感受到）。
7）新加坡男人当兵，政府还要养军队和军备，旁边还有这么多国家和宗族，都有好多难题。
香港年轻人需要有真正的去独立研究和思想，不要随意被一些甜蜜的表象所引导。

But these days, mostly tender bids for the projects, raw imported materials are abundance for a small nation, but it is the manpower are the issues nowadays.

Singapore's government is indeed worth learning in solving the housing problem
A Shanghaiese colleague told me 20plus or 30 years ago, Shanghai officials went to HK and Singapore to study both places' housing situations and you can see the result now in Shanghai. I don't think they were ever concerned with housing problem for the middle and lower class, it is about how to enrich themselves.

IB us 上市公司,自已research 下就知那間好.要麼用banks (high fees but safest and easier to use as the bank trading platform is for newbies no offence) ,IB platform is good for different lv traders. As a Singaporean I knew about the HK housing issues and high prices but comparing where locals eat am surprised that HK’s ‘tai pai tong’ is more expensive than SG in our case hawker center food.
Probably due to their higher rent fee perhaps?
