If drivers would keep off each others asses you wouldn’t need a cb. I’ve driven 29 yrs and I use my cb when I want to know what the hold up is. I don’t tail gate and amazingly I’ve never been in a pile up and I drive in all conditions often at faster speeds than others, but I do it cautiously and never run in a pack, because there’s always a selfish jack wad that will create a pileup with his herky jerkey whip out at the last second maneuver.

Mostly the faster you drive…. Bigger crashes. In some places the I/40 has lots of problems on the surface. Slow down drivers. Thanks Alex for the update.
Glad i missed the traffic jam. Came across there Wednesday afternoon doing a San Pedro Ca to KC Missouri. Froze in KC and currently warm and rainy in Houston Tx.
