Fix Meesho app Error Return/Exchange not Available. Sorry you cannot re-initiate the return Problem.

  • The error message "Return/Exchange not available" means that you have exceeded the maximum number of return/exchange requests allowed for that order. The maximum number of return/exchange requests allowed is 3.
    There are a few reasons why you might have exceeded the maximum number of return/exchange requests:
    * You have already requested a return/exchange for the same order.
    * You have requested a return/exchange for the order more than 7 days after delivery.
    * The product you are trying to return/exchange is not eligible for return/exchange.
    If you are still within the 7-day return/exchange window and the product is eligible for return/exchange, you can contact Meesho customer support from the "Help" section of the app. They will be able to help you with your request.
    Here are the steps on how to contact Meesho customer support:
    1. Open the Meesho app.
    2. Tap on the "Me" icon in the bottom right corner.
    3. Tap on "Help".
    4. Tap on "Contact Us".
    5. Select the reason for your query.
    6. Fill in the required details and submit your request.
    Meesho customer support will get back to you within 24 hours.
    Here are some additional things to keep in mind when returning or exchanging a product on Meesho:
    * The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
    * You must provide the original invoice or order confirmation number.
    * You may be required to pay a shipping fee for the return.
