Can't describe how much i love your videos... No music, no voice, just pure ambient sound... And what an Amazing Eye For details. Another incredible build
Who could not like this content if your into models? The level of detail he puts into this is amazing. Those seatbelts though were next level awesome. So much detail in such a small item. Love the fuel lines and the wires also. Awesome video of an incredible creation.
Spectacular Build. Every piece is made absolutely perfect by you! The metal clips you fabricated for the fuel lines to the hose clamps... From the Paint to the Sticker application to the clear coat, wet sand and Polish, your workmanship is Top Shelf! With no sound on the video, we (the viewers) can feel the tension... the concentration. You should have very Proud of this Build! I can tell by your Paint Booth, washing the parts after sanding that this is a long way from your First build and an equally long way from your last build. This video was a real pleasure to watch. Perfection Achieved! Cheers, Larry. 😍👍
Sitting in front of my converted TAMIYA TEAM LOTUS JPS Mk.III. I have had the kit for 2 years and am happy to start it now.! Varnish color primer (but in black) is done and always prime the parts in the blister. Thanks for the well-made video, will help me build. salute Nikolas from Vienna
Wow. If you built this kit 'just out of the box' I'd hate to think what details/time you would spend doing more. you must have the patience of a Saint? used to make plastic model kits as a boy, but never spent as much time work as you have here, This is just fab. Lotus was my favorite F1 Team.
My sentiments exactly, and I was also a Lotus fan. F1 today is boring, too much money, computers drive the cars, and the drivers are all overpaid woke virtue signallers
Easily one of the Most Intricate builds I've ever seen, and I have seen many. The attention to detail and superb finish speaks for itself. Well Done and thank you for your video.
Dude your vids are like 2001 a space odyssey with the limited sounds and no music. I love it as they are very zen inducing. How much time do you spend on a build and also your research?
Appreciate it!! Builds usually take me a month or more, including filming and editing. I don’t do too much research, just a couple hours looking for reference pics, or going through the kit instructions.
The decal application looks very intimidating to me but your technique makes it look doable! Thanks for another inspirational video and build of a 'must have model'.
Wow, fantastic build. Great skill with the pinstripes (I have avoided this kit for just that reason!) Also your clear coat and polishing are spot on! I too love the minimal sounds, congratulations on a beautiful piece of work all round.
Ok, so this is what it takes to build a model. Alright, back on the shelf my Tamiya kit goes again. Your attention to detail is amazing! Keep up the great work!
This is as PRO as it gets - to the idiots that put a thumbs down must have attention deficit disorder. This is definitely a pro builder with a lot of patience and attention to detail.
WOW!!!,Just WOW...another fantastic build. One thing i cannot grasp though,...is that..How is it possible to go on here and watch this video...and actually "Dislike "it? That is just beyond my comprehension. These builds are just fantastic.!Greetings, and huge respect from the NorwegianCarViking, Stefan :)
I have this car in 1/12. You’re inspiring me to build it. I figure, if you can work such magic with the 1/20 kit, the 1/12 will be a little more manageable. This is truly a master class in model building.
I built a similar kit 30 some years ago. I loved the black Lotus Formula One model. Mine was the John Player Special and the kit didn't have this level of detail. It was one of my worst built simply because the decal work was so difficult. Glad to see this video on how to properly build a F-1 kit.
This is quite possibly my favourite F1 car ever. Is have seen it at formula Renault days at donny Park and Silverstone and hearing it go past at full chat is simply breathtaking. For me though, it will always be the JPS livery. I get that they can't really put that on these days but that's how I remember it.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I’ve got a stack of kits from way back that I never got around to doing, think I’ll be getting the airbrush and glue out again! Thanks for the inspiration 😁
welllll. one's attention to detail should NOT become Irrational; eg., adding detail that will Never see the light of day, after the model is finished.!!! cheers
man these videos are so calm i doze off while watching them haha, not to say they're boring of course because as soon as i wake up i continue watching them! good stuff! Love Tamiya kits especially the Evo 5 Rally Car!
I build alot of armor and have never washed the parts after sanding. The directions suggest doing so but luckily I've never had an issue when it came to primering the hulls etc. I guess it's different when doing auto kits though when it comes to needing to lay down smooth gloss coats. Great work on the F1 btw, Tamiya do pretty good auto kits.
If I were Tamiya, I’d offer you a Brand Ambassadorship position in a heartbeat! What better way for your talents to be recognized - and... uh... compensated... Watching your videos is almost like therapy... Like all true professionals, you make this look so easy... Your patience and skills are extraordinary... Thanks for creating and posting these!
your attention to detail is what makes the build absolutely hypnonotizing. you made a subscriber out of me. 👍👍 build a top fuel or funny car that would be the icing on the cake.
You are a very talented model kit builder. Tamiya should hire you to build model kits so that they could display the finishing products on their boxes. The Lotus 78 has a very significant history in the formula 1. Excellent work.
I have recently finished building this model. Nowhere close to your standard of course, your attention to detail is off the charts. I too thought that it was a shame for the manufacturer to omit the fuel injection lines when the engine was that level of detail, but i left it alone. I also love how you got the 'Ford' lettering to appear on the cam covers. Very clever!! Excellent build.
Thanks for great tutorial. Your paint job is superb and detail on the next level. I found the lack of sound a bit different at first but once absorbed into the build (30 sec) it was....therapeutic!
No chance being too choosy now.. I would do it even in a transparent car.. I can't say it was not one of the nicest then with Senna in it it looked even more attractive... And the days of Andretti and Peterson it was awesome too
That is absolutely magnificent. You should be incredibly proud of your work. I used to love building Tamiya models, and while my attention to detail was not even close to yours, it was still enough to drive my wife mad! Sadly, ill-health means that my hands are nowhere near steady enough to do this sort of work anymore. Still, I can watch and admire the work that you do, which is immensely satisfying.
Amazing build as always my friend. Your level of craftsmanship is sky high, nice details and great painting. Congrats for the 7k subs. Thanks for sharing.
These scale model builds, model car restorations, and hotwheel restorations are starting to become my little personal batch of "car enthusiast ASMR" videos 😂 I'm always laying in my bed 2 - 3 am relaxing watching these beautiful videos lol Keep up the great work!
Thank you for sharing your skills and the building of the gorgeous Lotus Type 78. The attention to detail is amazing and the engine blew me away. Appreciate you also showing the colours etc you use.
I LOVE THE NO TALKING AND NO MUSIC
Same
please support my friends to develop my channel, this is very helpful for me . Thanks
And the attention to detail
Exactly, people unbox stuff with constant commentry.
Usually I open a second TH-cam and listen to what I want to hear.
No ear splitting background music. Just zen-like concentration. Lovely. I would put that engine and transmission alone in a display case.
Can't describe how much i love your videos... No music, no voice, just pure ambient sound... And what an Amazing Eye For details. Another incredible build
Love it. Straightforward clean build without blabla or fancy music. And every step with easy explanations. Please more of this.
Who could not like this content if your into models? The level of detail he puts into this is amazing. Those seatbelts though were next level awesome. So much detail in such a small item. Love the fuel lines and the wires also. Awesome video of an incredible creation.
truly beautiful build.....the lack of music and commentary somehow makes it so much more enjoyable, so intense.....subbed!
I'm with you mate. It's like ASMR for car nerds, without the weirdness!
finally a channel with model building without music, talking, timeleapse and background sounds only! my fave combo! keep it up!
Fantastic. I have the Lotus 79 kit. I have built many model fighter planes growing up, but never an F1 car. This was amazing to see.
No music. No talking...so lovely
Spectacular Build. Every piece is made absolutely perfect by you!

A no - nonsense unboxing and build.
Without the mind jarring and numbing music.
Thank you 🤝

Wow. Just applying the decals alone requires the steady hand of a neurosurgeon. Truly amazing.
So this is what pure talent and dedication looks like
I've never seen anyone polish a model kit like that. It really does make a huge difference in the way it looks. Terrific
Wow. If you built this kit 'just out of the box' I'd hate to think what details/time you would spend doing more. you must have the patience of a Saint? used to make plastic model kits as a boy, but never spent as much time work as you have here, This is just fab. Lotus was my favorite F1 Team.

Amazing build. No talking and straight to the point. Love it.
Those decal applications are brutal. Steady hands required indeed! Well done.
That was the most stressful 20+ minutes i have spent in a while... very nice job...amazing!!!
if only i had the patience and the steady hands for this, i would take on such project.
Mate, beautifully made!
Fantastic result! The video itself is ASMR without the whispering and something constructive in the end.
Im from spain and i nedd to say you are the best without difference
Wow thank you! I feel like I still have a long way to go, but you are very kind
Wish I had that dexterity, skill, and patience. Best F1 car ever
I made this same model as a kid! This brought back good memories. Tamiya kits are all I would make.
A work of art. I know I will come back and watch this many times. Thank you.

Loved it, thumbs up for not adding annoying music in the background like some others do.

your attention to detail is absolutely mind boggling. i subscribed.
Blown away by your skill and talent.Brilliant work.R.I.P Ronnie.
This is some of the most relaxing and enjoyable content I have ever seen! Love that there is no music and no talking. Feeling very zen.

Wow, fantastic build. Great skill with the pinstripes (I have avoided this kit for just that reason!) Also your clear coat and polishing are spot on! I too love the minimal sounds, congratulations on a beautiful piece of work all round.
Great video! The sound of silence except the sound of tools, drilling, etc. I enjoyed every bit of it.
Ok, so this is what it takes to build a model. Alright, back on the shelf my Tamiya kit goes again. Your attention to detail is amazing! Keep up the great work!
A pleasure to watch an artisan at work.
Oh my god!!!
the patience this guy has!!
Zen god level!!
Superb finish on that black. Those decals looked like they could have been... uncooperative. Really nice build and extra details. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks!! The decals were pretty brittle, some of the gold stripes tore while sliding off but it wasn’t hard to line up in the end
That paintjob!!!...I haven't seen real cars with a shine that nice
Impressionnant et pas de blabla ou musique inutile... BRAVO

Careful, you can get a bit crazy with details on the 1/12 😂 it’s a great kit from what I’ve seen. Enjoy!
I'm just going to say: Thank you. For everything.

I think my favorite part is that he took the time to sand the photo-etched brakes in a circular fashion to simulate the friction wear & tear.
welllll. one's attention to detail should NOT become Irrational; eg., adding detail that will Never see the light of day, after the model is finished.!!! cheers
So much detail and precision. Unbelievable talent

tamiya really does make the best models when it comes to motorsports. great enhancements on this car.
Thanks to this guy and David at Plasmo, I'm now so intimidated that I'll never attempt a model again! Great work on a lovely kit.

Thanks for great tutorial. Your paint job is superb and detail on the next level. I found the lack of sound a bit different at first but once absorbed into the build (30 sec) it was....therapeutic!
LOVE the lack of music and the ASMR feel to your vids. Very meditative.
I the six wheeled version to build. Watching this gives me what to look forward to.
If I had been an F1 driver I'd have only ever wanted to drive for lotus. That black and gold colour scheme is the nicest in F1 history
No chance being too choosy now.. I would do it even in a transparent car.. I can't say it was not one of the nicest then with Senna in it it looked even more attractive... And the days of Andretti and Peterson it was awesome too
Amazing. I had a tamiya McLaren mp4-4 1988 kit as a kid but I wasn't skilled enough to actually build it. Please please build one of those!
I don’t even build model cars, but your videos have me hooked. Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Subbed!

It's like watching a watchmaker at work ! Beautiful job !
I appreciate the way you put so much time and effort into the detail of the car reminds of the way my dad cleans and fixes his comics he gets :)
Nice work. You can stick the seat belt decals on a soil sheet and then give them the desired form.
Insane quality both on the assembly of the model abd on yhe video. The audio is mindblowing. Kudos!
