Oh nice! I've been impressed with everything I've gotten from Pendraken so far. Need to get this newest order in soon so I can continue with these French.
Great new project Justin. Look forward to following your progress. I agree with you about C&C too, a great game. Funnily enough I’ve got a C&C Naps game on tonight. 🙂
I'm also planning a similar project. I'm currently sculpting some 6mm Naps figures to 3d print in 6mm to replace the blocks in C&C: Napoleonic, but want to make sure they have use in other systems as well.
@@ten4miniatures Once I get my resin printer up and running (after xmas) I'll start posting videos. I've been doing some sculpting already, but I don't want to get too far without the ability to print prototypes. www.tinkercad.com/things/5R6zyCtyUJT
@@ten4miniatures BTW, I don't post videos on this account, but if you want to see my eventual progress it will be posted here. th-cam.com/channels/zx2mB4xCiowI0eh8iGk1EQ.html
Great project! Recently I have been intrigued with the smaller scales. Lots of advantages. I never knew the Warhammer Historical series had a Napoleonic rules set. Pretty cool! Thanks for sharing. I will definitely be following along
Thanks for accompanying me on this journey! I'm quite excited. Yeah, I'll go through this massive book in a video very soon. It's lovely. Hopefully the game is fun too :) 6mm almost won out, but I opted for 10mm. I think it'll look great on the table.
No kidding! But I've been teetering for YEARS. I think because of how I'm planning it it SHOULD be okay. Currently working towards being able to play the Peninsular scenarios in C&C, which will also give me two decent-sized armies for Waterloo. Wish me luck :)
I don’t know what size bases you’re using, but the best rules that you can use is Age of Eagles they are brigade level rules. That is your movement element is a brigade. The figures are mounted in fours the same that you are using the are written by colonel Bill Grey and are based on fire and fury you can easily blay all af Waterloo on a 12x6 feet table or half the ground scale and call each block of 4 figures 720 men instead of 360 men.for each division you need a general and for each cops a marshal then Napoleon. Go to www.ageofeagles.com there is also an io group just ask the colonel he wil fix you up with a free scenario for Waterloo, Quatrebras is in the rule book along with I think austerlitz. A good helpful group with players in the UK send the US.
Ooh, interesting. In my planning over the years I never really thought about going that big of a scale, but I will definitely look into it. Thanks for the heads up on that one.
Looking good and hopefully the figures will arrive with you soon!
Thanks a lot! I look forward to expanding this army :) Thanks for the continued top notch service! I'm Pendraken fan, for sure.
So little and so beautiful...Looks great!
Hah, yeah, they are lovely little sculpts. And they paint up nicely.
Brilliant video really enjoyed the chat great look at these books, all the best Garry
Thanks again for the watch and comment, as always, Garry! More coming.
Great project and enjoy the journey into the new period.
Thank you! I’m excited about it. It’s been a long time coming.
I’ve finished a project using Perry’s travel battle 8mm figures replacing the blocks in C&C. Just making the terrain now using MDF hexagons
Ooh, I had thought of that too after seeing some similar images online. Very cool.
Perfect timing as I should be receiving some 10mm pendraken British samples from pendraken

Great post, I will keep an eye your progress. I am currently making 10mm napoleonics from Pendrakens League of Ratsburgh line.
Great intro, have often thought of doing the Warhammer Napoleonics but never got round to it. Looking forward to seeing how your project evolves.
Thank you! I feel like it's the type of game I'll enjoy. We'll see soon enough, I hope!
We are just starting up exactly the same thing! 10mm napoleonic using waterloo rules! SNAP!!
No way, really? That’s awesome. Make sure you share your progress!
Great choice of both C&C and also 10mm figures. Enjoy your journey.
Thank you! Come along on my journey and enjoy with me :)
10mm is a great choice if I may suggest the en sans resultat rulers, it's a great rule set spicificly for 10mm
I've looked into it a LITTLE and I'll have to do so more. If I can make my basing work with it, I'll definitely give it a try if I can.
Great job Justin, i have the same figures, really nice figures
They are lovely, eh? I've been happy with all of the Pendraken figures I've picked up and painted so far.

Thank you! I hope I've got plenty to share, regularly. That's great, it's such a great system. Bon chance tonight...well, if you're playing French :)

Oh that’s awesome! I almost went with 6mm a few times over the years. Make sure you share your work, that’ll be fun to see!

Nice one mate, I have that Waterloo rule book, the first Nap rule book i ever bought
Oh awesome. There’s not much about it out there. Being OOP doesn’t help. I’m looking forward to finally playing it. I hope it’s fun :)
I really like the C&C games too. Have fun with the Naps.
Yeah, it’s a great system. So versatile with just a few changes. Looking forward to this adventure!
Great info Justin...;
Thanks! I'll have lots more coming. I'll take a look at Waterloo and C&C. And of course lots of minis updates :)
At the top of the slippery slope! ☺

Good luck with the project, and with your order, out of stock products is real..😂😁
Hah, thanks. The good news is I’ve always got other things to paint, but hopefully I can get everything I need :)
