Oh these are gorgeous! I recently got a manicure at the salon as I haven’t had one in seriously 5 years as I bite my cuticles/nails and having a manicure is game changing for me! Clear polish is my go to but I adore colors for my toes occasionally!🥰💗

I always lean towards light pale colors because they make my fingers look longer on my brown skin that first cream color is absolutely perfect for autumn!

Edit : these new shades makes me so jealous cause i was into darker shades even i was into pastel colors and still curious about what the 'top coat' nail polish do? (was been similar to clear colored nail polish??) I wore light red with minimal glitters in my both fingernails and toenails [i lived here in the Philippines and i had a Filipino-Egyptian cousin was into nails and makeup and also... skincare]

HGC and WKF are my current favorites. HGC is my perfect neutral. It’s creamy but just a little pink and pure perfection. I was totally taken by surprise with WKF. I don’t typically wear anything like this but it’s such a cool color.

@@matildaonvideo I definitely am enjoying them for the most part, though its kind of a frustrated enjoyment. The serum is really nice and I love the applicator, and the colors are beautiful and I feel well-curated, but definitely not my favorite formula; somehow both thin and gummy, and the top coat took almost 3 days to completely harden on me. I couldn't get the poppy to work for me though, it ended up being more work than not using it and it messed up my painting hand :(
The colors are so stunning and the collections are definitely nice, I think that and the serum are the brands strongest assets. I guess I'm glad the polishes aren't more expensive than they already are haha. I dont like to dislike things i spent tons of money on though and I am happy to say that I don't regret my purchase completely :)
WKF and HGC are definitely my faves here, I think they'll pop on my skin tone best 😍

Green is one of the best colors for nails because I feel like any shade of green just looks stunning on every person. I’m so glad O&J are expanding their greens! There are definitely not enough green nail polishes in the world!

If you can figure out if you are cool of warm toned that will help you choose. Cool toned should buy cool and warm toned should buy warm!

I’m so conflicted about trying Olive and June since seeing Kelli Marissa’s review (which wasn’t great, but in no way rude) and how the brand handled criticism SO POORLY
I'm not sure what happened there unfortunately - there seems to have been a misunderstanding, as both sides shared a different version of what took place. I can't speak on anyone else's behalf, but my personal experience with Olive & June as a customer / blogger / general polish lover has always been very positive 💅 x
I own this collection and I'd say that Kelli's review is very in line with how I feel about the polishes. I dont regret my purchase because the colors are divine, but they definitely are not as user friendly as other formulas on the market. I dont really care about behind the scenes business drama personally, and ill probably pick up a few more shades, but I don't think I'll invest in another full collection just because I know i can find many of the same colors in a much more pleasant formula.

@@jasminejelly6882 I have the shade BI and I love the shade but the polish was thick and goopy, took forever to dry and cracked within a few days. I consider myself pretty good at painting my nails and this polish drove me nuts. I have $2 Sally Hansen polishes that perform better

I don't really have any growing tips unfortunately! I just try to keep them hydrated with cuticle serum and hand cream every day, avoid picking or biting them, and follow the steps in my Nail Tutorial when I paint them ☺️💅 x

Unfortunately it's probably not possible to sheer out opaque shades like these! Maybe you could just apply one coat for a lighter layer 💅 x

I love the idea of having a pen that neutralizes nail stains, but for anyone who wants to prevent it, I use the base coat from Superchic Lacquer, it’s very liquid-y and dries quickly, so it shouldn’t affect your nail polish application. I’ve used it with O&J polish and it works great!
