I could be wrong, but maybe voluma for fat pad support. Then maybe ultra for more transitional areas ? Or ultra where filler was needed for more dynamic 😅areas? I could be worn 😂😊

I'm sure it happens and causes problems, but I don't think it causes significant necrotic injuries
