2003 was the last year of the 7.3 as well as the first year the 6.0 was offered. You could order your powerstroke with either motor for 2003 only. Thats actually why I never did the 04-05 grille like you were saying, God knows I wouldn't want anyone to think I drive a 6.0.....I did the one piece headlights though, they just look so much better and modern. My trucks a 250 but identical to yours actually.
To be honest I really really want to see more video of this truck I have watched some really love you and really care for it that much but this one took the icing on the cake

Is that the stock front bumper that you attached the valence to? I have a 2000 F350 without the valence and am looking to install one, but all the ones I find state they fit bumpers from 2001 and newer.
If someone can't tell it's a 7.3 by the way it sounds and the grill is confusing them...their opinion doesn't matter anyway. I have the 05 front clip with international badges on the fenders and 7.3 badges on the doors.

1998 - early 2004 it was the same body style and same front clip even same interior and dash. and same suspension setup. 2004.5 along with the Front Clip update. the interior was updated sligtly new gauge cluster. new dash Coil spring front end thats still used today. and i belive it was the first year Backup sensors in the bumper were offered. early early 2003 like 2003.25 they offered the Trtion V10, the 5.4L V8, 7.3 Powerstroke and the 6.0 Powerstroke. the 7.3 powerstroke was completely phased out by early 2003. and could not be ordered after the 2nd month of 2003.
Great job! But while you were working on the front you should have checked the hub bearings. Your front wheels are showing signs of bad hubs. your 1st video had a cool clip of a wheel coming off and destroying a car. wait till that hub fails and does all that damage to your front end. Definitely check it out. hate to see you do all of that work just to skimp on the mechanical and really waste your money.
Something that would top it off would be 08-10 style mirrors with chrome caps and chrome door handles

Awesome build, you should definitely invest in undercoating your truck. Wool wax works great and is a lot less messy than others.

The wheels definitely made a big difference. Blacked out wheels DO NOT work on EVERY vehicle, contrary to some peoples' beliefs.

You need to get your self a chrome headache rack and a chrome or black tool box

U should do a exhaust and a tune
I would get under it with a wire wheel and clean that rust up then put on some rust inhibitor to save the frame, then have the bed rust taken care of.
