Sick Building Syndrome

Air pollution problems can start with a building’s materials and finishes and with the construction methods used to build or renovate the building. IAQ is compromised when inadequate ventilation does not provide enough outside air. The overall result of pollutants can be sick building syndrome (SBS)
Building Systems for Designers - Indoor Air Quality, will take a look at the issue, materials, and contaminants that can cause poor indoor air quality. We will look at the ways to counter act these issues and create a good indoor air quality through ventilation and air cleaners.

I moved into a new office building in 1976 in downtown Seattle. All kinds of carpets, glues and paints to deal with besides the A/C. Ended up getting a liver disease and forever bothered by chemicals!

I experienced this at a walmart once. Cashiers were sweating on their forheads, i was feeling like I was going to faint. It was like night and day when you walked to the produce department where things were cooler but everywhere else was hot.

Once the mold is causing non Tb mycobacterium and pneumonia it’s not better once you
Leave for the weekend, it takes months to get mold out of brain blood and lungs. My whole
Family is sick, it’s really bad how the uk council homes have no one cleaning the air vents , 13 years
Of mold never cleaned. Great video.
