Mock Interview for an NHS job - Common NHS Interview Question series

This video is part of my NHS job interview series.
In this video, I have taken a mock interview with Dr Abbasi.
Dr Abbasi is currently working in the NHS as a final year ST trainee in Gastroenterology but for the purpose of this video, he acted as a fresh IMG graduate with recent PLAB and only internship experience while I acted as a medical consultant.
The interview questions we covered included

Sure. I’ve had JCF and SCF interview for neonates. Tell me abt yourself.. Junior job- Prepare clinical scenario, alwayssss say ABCDE approach, call for help early. Prepare like a resus/ asthma/ something acute care.
For both interviews got asked abt - QIP/ audit. Prepare your answer
Scf - management/ leadership scenario. Ethical scenario - make a mistake/ someone made a mistake. Prepare answer for that. Lastly on trust values

Nice one Dr. Raja, for women who are obviously pregnant during an interview or who if offered the job will probably resume the role at 24-26wks GA, will that put them at a disadvantage or will that be grounds for them not to receive an offer. And also at what point should they open up to a potential employer or an employer about their gravid status?
