Tom Ellis is iconic in this role, he truly oozes charm. Someday I would love to watch something with him and Paul Bettany acting together. They both have so much charm and comedic timing.

The actor for Lucifer has revealed that his dad, uncle, and sister are all pastors and here he is as an actor and not just an actor but playing Lucifer. Haha 😂

Never have seen your channel before, but when I see someone is reacting to "Lucifer," I immediately come on board. :) Glad you enjoyed it. This show really is terrific and you are going to get hooked. The whole cast is great, but Tom Ellis, the actor who plays Lucifer, is just next level amazing in the part. I can't imagine any other actor playing that part as well as he does. The show has a lot of humor, which surprises people who haven't seen it. And Ellis has great comedy chops, but he can handle the high drama as well. Looking forward to more reactions for Lucifer!

Beware, it is fast paced and not a single word, phrase or gesture is wasted or for naught - so pay attention. These masterful writers weave an intricate tapestry of intertwined story threads - with links forward and backward in time line, not to mention the constant flow of hilarious one liners - so if you feel the need to comment, hit pause or you will miss important detail!

@@TravisViews Yes! DC's holy trinity of Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman usually get all of the attention but growing up I was that weird kid excited about characters like Lucifer, Constantine, Hawkman, and Shazam!

@@aasthathakur8628 I nearly lost my mind when I saw Hawkman in the Black Adam trailer! I loved the version of him and Hawkgirl on The Flash TV show and was so bummed when they wrote them out. 😔 Their story is so cool.

Tom Ellis is soooo good. He was also fabulous in a BBC comedy called "Miranda".
This is one show, I wish I could go back watch for the first time again! It's a truly entertaining show that never takes itself too seriously but knows exactly when to hit you with heavier stuff👍
I love this series because in almost every other series the star hides who he/she really is but Lucifer is telling the truth all the time!

This is one of those shows I watched because my husband said I would like it and I didn't believe him but ended up being pleasantly surprised! 😂😂😅
Just for a small fact, the first season of Lucifer was filmed up in Vancouver Canada (just notice the amount of wet sidewalks) and I believe first half of season 2 was also done there. The rest of the show was filmed around Los Angeles

This show is the whole package for me, great writing/acting/music/production.........It is a super fun ride from start to finish & I'm thrilled to be able to go on another Lucifer journey with another reactor.

You will soooooooooooooooooo LOVE this show, these perfectly cast actors, the witty dialogue and the awesome music. I fell in love with this show just after it was canceled by FOX and picked up by Netflix. Love Tom Ellis! Perfect devil. So many twists and turns in this show. You’ll love it.

I enjoyed this show far more than I expected to, my only criticism is that in later seasons it did start to frustrate me that the characters would not have conversations where obvious questioned need to be asked, just so the episodes plot could happen. But on the whole, far better than I was expecting and very bingeable.
And Yes, Tom Ellis plays Lucifer with such relish. And he can sing! (Not all of the cast can, but that wont stop them trying)

This version of Lucifer is based on a character of DC Comics, he lives in an alternate universe (Earth 666) and in the comics he is blond and looks a lot like David Bowie.
Initially a lot of fans of the Comics said Tom Ellis was not right for Lucifer because he is supposed to be blond, but with every show Tom Ellis showed more and more that he was the perfect cast.
This is a great series. No spoilers, I swear. Looking forward to watching some more.

Thank you for choosing to take on Lucifer! I am obsessed with this series and have continued binge-watching all previous episodes from the pilot to the current as each new one aired, and watching all 6 seasons completely twice in a 3 week period after the show ended. (Yes, I have no life!)
It is exciting to find a new reactor to Lucifer with a Patreon channel where I can savor your full experience to this unique story. Forget all the comments about parts of this or that season being slow, how much better it will get after the transition to Netflix, or about avoiding “filler” episodes not advancing the plot, and just enjoy the overall storyline and most of all the characters’ development. I fully agree with earlier commenter’s suggestions to pay attention to characters’ dialogue and interaction as the most innocuous words will explain (why?!) in an episode or season later.

This is such a quality show, the writing is so en pointe and entwined and creative with the whole mythos of angels, demons and the devil. The whole crew really cares about the story, production, everything, and it really shows. Can't wait to watch this with you.

So much to love about it, without spoilers: The humor, the cast and chemistry between them, the way things/characters might come back in later episodes (you'll see), the soundtrack and the whole "world" created in the series.
There is more, but that might give away things and I dislike that, so just watch and enjoy :D

@@TravisViews He is a rebel leader against alien rule in doctor who which is a space and time travel show, and Merlin is a remix of an old legend, Merlin the wizard. As for who he plays in that, he's an evil king from a rival nation.
