    Just received my ankle weights. Can’t wait to use them. I have Fibromyalgia & have found videos most helpful in managing it. Thank u soooo much❣️

    Love your workouts. With ankles floater they are not easy to work with 😮I used them at my Aqua classes.

    I get so excited 2 see them even tho I'm a total fish right outa water no pool no swim for soo long living in canada n just not safe in pools. Can't wait to spend long timr in tropics nxt winter n just water fit allll day!!

      I do it by myself and time it but my ladies lije it when you do the voice and hour long with them lol

    Ok out of all of these the toughest one fir me is getting out of the pool lol and you did that nice and smooth and sexy
    I use my knees and roll out not to pretty. Otherwise the donkey kicks is the toughest one for me as well. Love your videos 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🥰🥰🥰

    The sad thing now for me I just hit 52 found a great water workout routine with Marzana that I’m excited to do and can’t wait to do and now my period late.
    Oh oh is this menopause time 🤷🏻‍♀️😞😫 like now I haven’t gone to the pool cause I’m waiting on my period 14 days late today nope not pregnant been single for 2 years now.
    I also started im guessing hot flashes like 2 weeks now so I think this is the sign.
    I hate tampons and if there’s nothing there why would I dare put one in just Incase 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
    lady’s out there, any advise
