    In today's video, we are going to create a business expense report using Microsoft Word. This is a short, one-page report that can be used by any small or large business. As you know, an expense report is used for almost every business in the world, its main purpose is to record all your expenses so that it is easy to do all the accounting work for the company.
    This short business expense report is especially useful for employees who shop for their company or travel to remote areas for work. Such employees can enter the details of all their expenses in this business expense report and come back and get reimbursement by submitting this report to their office.
    There are basically three sections to this report. Preliminary information about the report can be entered in the 1st section. To its right, the company name, address, and contact details can be written. In the middle section, a table format is used to write the full details of the expenses. In the last section, there is space to write the reasons for travel and details of expenses.
