Yessss. That is so real. When I had my TWA I was so excited to try new products I bought so many new products I never used. Short hair is def still high maintenance. You have nothing to “hide” behind.

Right! This is so true! But get it right on wash day and you’ll be good to go! Definitely can’t hide sis!

10 minutes and you’re done in the shower 😍😍 this cut is so cute! I really love this look on you. Great point about using your current products in a different way.

Short hair is definitely still maintenance. Higher or just as much maintenance if you wanna maintain to cut part. Styling is definitely the plus with shorter hair or a style cut. I love how you have the sides down. Too cute!

Thank you boo! Girl you have to get it right on the first day wash day because it’s just disaster! But I love it! The sides do help with maintenance though!

Hi you mentioned that you wash your three times. Is all three washes moisturizing shampoos or do you use a sulphate shampoo on the first wash? Thank you for sharing I'd love to see a wash day if you have some time. That would be great💋

It depends on the weather for me. During the winter and colder seasons I tend to use more moisturizing shampoos. However, I will use a clarifying shampoo if I need a clean slate. In the warmer seasons, I use more clarifying shampoos because my hair tends to be more moisturized.
I do plan on doing a wash day video soon. Stay tuned!

Yes I was supposed at how fast my hair grew back Sis! Believe me it will grow back but also do your research as to who you can go to get a better cut. It’s definitely trial and error in the beginning. Wishing you the best!

Your cut is so nice! I am considering cutting mine shorter in a few months waiting it out to be sure lol! I agree with my recent cut this past month I have been doing wash n gos and didn't switch products

Thank you!!! Definitely think your cut through. Know what you want and go for it. And what I love most about short cuts is that it doesn’t take much to style it.. which means less product.
Here if you have any questions! Good luck!

Yes I can totally see that there would be an adjustment to the amount of products you use after a big chop!! I also tend to over use my products- but I really like to saturate my hair, drench 💦
I still on the hunt for a product that keep my hair wet or the appearance of wet juicy hair! Cuz once it dries my hair shrinks right 🆙 🤷🏽‍♀️
    Inevitable right

I actually just started an old time favorite Taliah Waajid and I love her products.. She has expanded her line and she now has a gel that helps your curls pop but it doesn't shrink as much. I just used it today and will let you know how it turns out.. I think I'm going to like it though to help elongate the curls!
Thanks for stopping by beautiful 😘🥰!
