What if it was a child? First responders wouldn’t have had a way to get in to make a rescue? They stopped at not being able to get ahold of the leasing department?? I feel so bad for that dog….
Unpopular opinion, but I don't think that dogs should be allowed to be left alone all day in an apartment. Either work from home or rent a place with a yard.

Fire department could’ve gotten that dog. Everybody is so busy watching and filming things instead of getting off of their asses and helping out… It’s just ridiculous. Of course the owner is negligent… But people need to try harder.
Essex property management needs to reopen their office. We are back to normal, answer the doors, stop hiding inside, serve your community, they're paying you expensive rent.

She could've try knocking on the next door neighbors apartment, try to get water for the dog, ask someone for a ladder, anything but record. If this should ever happened to you where you're fighting for your life, I hope someone has the brain to help instead of recording it.
Some people should never have pets or any children!!! Simple as that.

During my 72 years I’ve had a couple of fur babies. All of them have shown me unconditional love. To not return that love and respect is despicable.
