Your story mirrors mine in many ways. I struggled with addiction, faced the consequences, and then Jesus intervened. Today, I'm blessed with a loving family, a home, and the understanding that I am a child of God. It's incredible how His grace can turn our lives around. Amen!
She said her skin is black as the tents of kedar which are literally black, the racists in the comments are going to have to answer God for why they dont believe his Word so they can defend their racism
Racism and bigotry keep people from believing that God's love for his people can be compared to that of a beautiful black woman. But the Bible clearly states this is a black woman he is talking about and comparing his love of Israel to that of a black woman. All the racial hatred in the world is not going to stop the fact that God loves all people including blacks.
This was an excellent illustration and explanation of this book. Not many pastors preach from it, which is unfortunate. There are so many lessons to be learned.💋
Yes the song of Solomon is a symbol of God's relationship between the church and his people but clearly stating that the woman he was referring to is indeed a black woman. Rather the racist like it or not God has proven over and over that he loves black people especially the black woman.
truly beautiful. I'm sending this video to my young black Granddaughters. I pray the story of Gods love for all races hits home, Their hearts.🙏🏼 P.S. tHe people of that area were a variety of skin tones, hair texture and features. Though much slave trading and wars in the Mediterranean area. The conquered nations, the beautiful women were taken... of every nation. Lots of race mixing there. Beauty was valued. Not skin color.
If we read about the woman selected to keep King David warm she was from the village of Shunem...her proper name was Abishag. Solomon would have seen her with his father multiple times. This was a platonic relationship. After King David dies Solomon comes unglued when his brother wants to marry her.
There are 2 times when she goes out to meet him. First when she is longing to be with Him and looks for him. The second time is after their wedding when he comes to her door. She dies not want to ride herself or dirty her feet at the door. She delays...he leaves...he wasn't late for her
This beautiful love story of the Queen ashiba. And solomon which is told about the love of god towards Israel and his love goes beyond . One thing did not enjoy the reader joyed. Dorita who was explaining the story did not touch me at all.
May not seem important but you did not get her complexion right in this video. She was Black, not like we know Black today. No one who is light skinned would have been referred to as “Black”. They were more literal back then.
The country of Sheba or Seba is now aka The New Jerusalem. I believe that is some evidence that the queen took God back to her country with her! They say The Arc is currently there as well!!!
Your video contains an error. Beginning at the time 3:50, the words you say doesn't match the subtitles. He and she are backwards. Also it saddens me how something as beautiful as a love story can turn into hateful comments over race. Why exactly does the color of anyone's skin matter? Why is that the importance we seek?
I think the shulumite was dreaming when she went off to look for the man and was accosted by the men. Those men would have been for the high jump when she told Solomon if it was literal and dreaming not being able to open the door
The Shulammites were direct descendants of Abraham. But many people think this is a song of Solomon to the Queen of Sheba who's also descendant of Abraham. Funny how God's love for his people is compared to that of the love of a black man and a black woman.
Yes Divine love is stuburbn yet forgive : But he loved her and she loved him... The discrimination was truthful she dark skin.. that's a first honest depiction I've heard this far.... And was married into royalty... And yet we know what happened to Solomon in the end and why.nevedless She Royalty herself...

The lover of Shulammite is not Solomon!!! Where do you read that? we don't even have his name... Solomon wants to buy her but she refuse...there are 2 type of narations: one is about wealth, the other one is the perspective of a shepherd... Solomon is only the intruder

Nothing to support the Sheba hypothesis apart from the Solomonic dynasty in Ethiopia that claim to be the offspring of their union. The truth is staring you in the face.
The Bible was initially a story book of the "The wars of Jews" by Josephus Flavius. He is a Jew captured in Jerusalem by King Titus in 70CE. He was brought to Rome and was funded by Flavian dynasty to write a story about them. Initially he was asked to write the story suggesting Titus as the great son and his father as a holly might. Upon the demise of the Flavian dynasty, he named the book as "The wars of Jews" with some changes. Later around 2nd century CE it became the Bible, Titus being the Jesus and his father Vespasian being the Holy Father. Solomon was a human being, a king and a wise man. Though his name is written as "Solomon", his actual name was "Chola Mannan". "Chola Mannan" deformed to "Chola Man" and then became Soloman and later Solomon. "Chola Mannan" means he is a king of Chola Dynasty of India. Some 5,000 years ago "Chola Dynasty" of south India, traded with many countries such as Persia, Arabia, Egypt and Greek. Everything the Bible, Torah and Quran says is just fallacies concocted by the Ashkenazi Jews.
@robbinghook3571 do you have resources for this? This is not a criticism or a challenge -- I'm genuinely asking. The internet is so full of speculation and opinion, so I'd really like to dive into the material that backs up what you are saying. I'm not a bible scholar, so I wouldn't know where to search to substantiate this.
I believe the Bible is the inerrant word of God. There is room for interpretation but as Solomon says in proverbs my ways are not His ways, my thoughts are not His thoughts. His ways are higher. In proverbs Solomon says lean not on your own understanding but in all your ways acknowledge Him. If God can create this beautiful universe, can he not also have inspired the writing of this magnificent book, the Bible. God bless all that take the time to read this and look up these verses in proverbs.
@@Justjudypeaceout Do you know in the name of the Bible there were over 300 million people died in the world and still dying. Those who read the Bible colonized and enslaved many countries. Those who read the bible carried out the mass slavery in the world which also saw the 50 million black people death in that process. There are more people in impoverished countries still believe in Bible than in the developed countries. Vatican is a separate country with a bank account balance that surpasses many poor nations in the world. But many people from these poor countries donate money to Vatican through there congregation. It's very unfortunate and when some do, they almost always explain the Songs sexually rather than how beautifully it's explained here.
I love the format of these bible studies!!!!
The Song of Songs is a picture of Christ and his Church.
THAT IS CORRECT.
Yes the song of Solomon is a symbol of God's relationship between the church and his people but clearly stating that the woman he was referring to is indeed a black woman. Rather the racist like it or not God has proven over and over that he loves black people especially the black woman.
