Yes the Owner intended to sell only 20 plots of the 71 plots he has in that area at that price because he was servicing a loan and he was late on payment.. so he sold 20plots at a cheaper price so he can get money quickly which he did... As I talk right now all the 20 plots he was selling at that price are finished.. Now remaining those that he is selling at 37Million with a land Title.. the Price is slightly Negotiable. That Ugandan judge at the ICC opened my eyes on a country to avoid at all cost. 😂. If that's the kind of judiciary in Uganda , all non Ugandan are in severe peril in any legal entanglements or business in that country.

Bro Mugisha, do your research before you make a video. You didn't tell us where exactly from Entebbe road. The land, is it under Buganda land board or free hold title.
