Alex no need to apologize for any segment of this video. Your family is hilarious. Meg is doing a great job of documenting your history. Can’t wait for part 2. BH.GF.SP.
I have never been to Bonneville. I do appreciate ALL of these daily "reports" of what you do each day. Without you doing this, I would never know what it takes to race at Bonneville. Thank you so much!
Your Bail Out was very impressive. Without hesitation or miscues you executed to a T the instructions that you had received 5 minutes before you were tested on them. I don't know many people who could have followed that procedure so well. You even had a slight hang up with the window net, but you realized what was happening and adapted very quickly to exit the car. You are good, very good at what you do.
“So he pin-striped my Supercharger” Perfect 👌🏻 The videography is supreme - this is documentary level awesome, will be so great for folks to see this in 10-20 years. 🙏🏻
So much respect for Alex ,when seeing how the preparation alone was! The door is the last in thousand of things-like a night in the middelage-unbeliveable.....❤❤❤❤🍀🍀🍀🍀🏃🏻♀🏃🏻♀
Meg's camera work and sound, is better then a whole swag of broadcast TV. As a cammo, I can tell you, Salt and Snow are a real pain in the a$$ to get any decent exposure around because they reflect like billions of little crystal mirrors, and Meg's using consumer available camcorders, DSLR's, GoPros and getting superb results on that hardware. If she wanted a career as a broadcast news camera op, she'd get the job real easy, but I think a career as a Documentary Filmmaker would be where Meg would really shine.
The last 10 minutes was the best! Good to see everyone sitting, and having a good time! And yes,you are sisters, and, you and Meg sometimes sound alike!
Setting land-speed records seem right up there with the wildest life experiences to do. As close to the salt vehicle world for me, (so many years ago; was through a worker that worked nearby), it was an extended frame two-wheeler, with two engines. Wild looking motorcycle.
Thank you (all) for the fabulous education of what you go thru to just get ready for Bonneville. It's no kids game. Alex you and family are fantastic.. I'll keep watching. I've been to the track once. If I get to go this year I hope to meet the whole family. Jim Rio Vista, CA
I like the track content and it’s hilarious when the crew has a conversation and it just goes everywhere! Keep doing what you’re doing and I’ll keep watching
Y' think he realises, that the stuff he makes, is going to be that expensive sought after 'junk in the shed' of people in 50 years time? Just like Alex buying books for her wall, people are going to want her books soon enough.
3:46 the classic hodrods-what a nice picture ! they in a rope , alone in the dessert ! -could become my screensaver - yet whiteshark All the new cars missing soul!
I've said it before and I'll say it again I love watching you guys on video y'all are hilarious and you can learn so much from y'all good luck at speedweeks Alex go get them
I rather enjoyed your humorous banter between each other. It makes people see that you're a real person and not just somebody that's on TV or some personality that just makes content I enjoy listening to you and your friends and especially you're dad going back and forth and being like regular people. I really enjoyed this video. Keep it up Alex kick some ass. Good luck and let God's speed be on your side. I'm a father of many girls and I rather enjoy watching The Pride your dad shows every time he talks about you. Kick some ass!!!!
I can't wait to see how you do. BTW Did I mention the cafe at the Bonneville Salt Flats I believe it's off 80,the fried serrano peppers are great ! I'd wait until the fast pass is over as not to mess up the fire suit. Stay Fast ,blah blah ,and be BITCHIN' !!! GODSPEED
A bit of Macabre humor to start a video.. lol.. I'll just add, 🙏 out for safe travels, for safe and winning competition throughout your year Alex, Family, and Crew !
Meg, I grew up in the north but I lived in the south for 4 years, so I can hear that you & Alex have the same voice yet you have a bit of a southern accent. ;)
When I had to get my NHRA License in 05/09/03 I was in a wheelchair lost both my legs above the knees at my job. Bob Blackwell from division 5 in KS. He ask for me to have someone video record me getting and out of my pro mod with it running just like what you did except you didn't have it running . I send it in to Bob Blackwell an I got a call from him , He told me I can get out of my car faster then some people with legs. I was running 7.65@165 . I miss it so much. You don't have a lot of room in the car. Just be careful an get it done .
Fantastic documentary of this event from your teams perspective. Loved all the detail on the bail out procedure. Keith is brilliant ! Good luck on getting the record. Stay safe. 😘

Honestly due to how awesome you are at anything fast, it would be awesome if you faced off against Big Chief and The Crow on the street one of these days.
We /I would not have this vlog any other way, all parts are good to go, in the 29.95 for a part in this movie, that Meg is awesome,,,vary beautiful, love it thanks BigAl California

I have never been to Bonneville. I do appreciate ALL of these daily "reports" of what you do each day. Without you doing this, I would never know what it takes to race at Bonneville. Thank you so much!
Alex jumped out of the car so fast that the car was still going 200 mph, she is a boss ❤

Good to see Dennis there with Alex, not seeing Dennis when Alex is racing just doesn't feel right.

Dennis is just loving it. 😁 Knew he would... The salt does that to everybody. THAT is what racing is all about. To me, anyway...
Y' think he realises, that the stuff he makes, is going to be that expensive sought after 'junk in the shed' of people in 50 years time?
Just like Alex buying books for her wall, people are going to want her books soon enough.

Meg sounds so much like Alex from behind the camera. Especially when she laughs
I so so so want to go to Bonneville Salt Flats in person. Beautiful! Fast cars would be a huge bonus.
When I had to get my NHRA License in 05/09/03 I was in a wheelchair lost both my legs above the knees at my job. Bob Blackwell from division 5 in KS. Fantastic documentary of this event from your teams perspective. Loved all the detail on the bail out procedure. Keith is brilliant ! Good luck on getting the record. Stay safe. 😘
I loved the shamozal at the end😂😂, keep up the good work.
I bet Dennis will be hooked now too.
Never apologize for everybody being real cuz that's the only way that makes the film Bible
I will say that your laugh/giggle does sound a lot the same. That's a good thing in my books.
Alex, never apologize about the family sitdowns, its hilarious always. and Meg yes you do sound like your sis, or visa versa. its a sibling thing. Great stuff Taylors and friends. Great work on the edits Meg!
Lex I would. I am a big fan of yours...
As for the coffee shop if Megan is serving I'm down ❤
It’s been pretty hot here in Utah so I’m glad the lake bed is dry now I have lived here 30 years and never went to speed week maybe next year !
Thank you so much for showing the tech and bailout. This is beneficial for someone who wants to race there one day!
"Go Speed Racer!!!!!!!!" "Go Speed Racer!!!!!!!!!!" "GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>" Best of Luck Alex!!!!!!!! You GO Girl!!!!!!!!!!

I'd love to have a mentor like Dennis. I'd be tickled shitless if I only knew what he's forgot. Really cool family. Best of luck. Take Care!!!
That red headed dude really scares me & i thought i was fearless
If i was to watch the last ten minutes and then expire... i would die a happy man!!!
After Alex said tech made her nervous I got anxiety for her during the bailout exercise. Hahaha
We /I would not have this vlog any other way, all parts are good to go, in the 29.95 for a part in this movie, that Meg is awesome,,,vary beautiful, love it thanks BigAl California

In this exciting episode of "The Booneville's at Bonneville" .... Alix practices fire drills, Dennis dreams of assembling "junk" and the fair skinned gang attempts to avoid sunburn. 🙂
Just start a coffee shop and call it “Meg’s”! I’d show up! Sell gummies too!😂
Be safe, remembering Jessie Combs 😢
28:30 Her focus is always chilling and inspiring
The Earth is flat not a spinning ball and water always lays flat and level that’s how you get flat salt plains where you are 😁
Need more racing love the family time. But I want to see more racing.
You should have made the pedals adjustable and put the seat farther back to make it easier to get out of the car in case of emergency .
One day on the salt ant they've already lost their mind. 🤣
Great episode, great content , great to see you all chilling and relaxing. good luck at speed week stay safe.
Oh just take my money I'm investing in whatever it is you doing😁.
