What do you think about rebounders for building bone density? What about Pilates reformer? I have torn shoulders and hips that drs dont want to touch due to my age (58 yr old female) and have had multiple surgeries (repeat tears and OA). Thank you!

Rebounders tend to not build as much bone in my opinion because it’s less force but a good place to start- I love the reformer and highly recommend!
