Gothic Chord Voicings & Arpeggiation Patterns

Here we are, back for episode two of The Art of Gothic Guitar. This etude uses a sad-sounding progression, spicing it up with embellishments that provide colour and space. The guitar is a DBZ Halcyon through a Line 6 TonePort UX-1 using the Gearbox plug-in and the preset 'Like Heaven'.

This is the third arpeggio video I've tried and I can't make heads or tales out of it.
I can play it. But then I try to tab it to so I can how it sits in a a composition.
And I just can't seem to get it to fit in any conventional time signature.
