Tyler, your thoughts about travel were so meaningful at the end. My husband's job actually involved traveling. After the kids were grown, I accompanied him whenever possible. A place name, a picture immediately brings us back to all the joy and real grandeur we experienced together .

As a mother who is terrified to travel with my 2-year-old daughter (even though she's an angel), these videos have encouraged me to at least step out of my comfort zone when it comes to exploring with kids! The way you all handled the lost bags situation at the start of the trip was admirable!!
The "dad history" and the end credits had me laughing so hard that it feels like I've had a bit of an ab workout! I think you should definitely create a whole "dad history" series one day (sponsored by Yurts2Go, of course). Also, I absolutely agree with what you said about travel being about making memories, not buying souvenirs. Souvenirs are still cool and I love the ones I got in South Africa around 9 years ago (that's the only place I've ever been to outside of Australia), but the memories of that trip are so much more special. I went with my Granny who can't travel much anymore, I got to meet some of my Dad's aunts and uncles and cousins, some of whom have since passed away, I got to see a leopard in Kruger Park (I wasn't able to get a good photo, but it's so cool that I got to see one). I got to experience to many things that I just don't get to see at home, and I got to spend time with people who I don't get to see very often and meet relatives I would otherwise never have met. Of course the souvenirs are still special to me, but nowhere near as special as the memories, and I think it's also the memories that make the souvenirs special to begin with.
Tyler loved the Europe vlogs! Well done! I especially LOVE Paris, that airbnb was AWESOME and the seine cruise looked so beautiful, I will definitely have to do that next time I go! The ending was so special, thank you for sharing!
