Hey I have the same hams motion sign. I replaced the motor and it works fine when I plug it in but after 5 mins of running I start hearing a buzzing noise(electric sound) after awhile the buzzing stops and it scrolls quiet again. Everything looks ok, Im thinking it must be a ballast or something.............any suggestions. I ran this sign 5 hours a day on a timer for 3 years which probally wasn't smart
