She clerked for a judge and has apparently litigated cases, so one would assume she knows you don't just start reading a document into the record that hasn't been admitted into evidence, particularly in front of a jury, and that she knows the procedure for getting a document in. Therefore, it's reasonable to believe that doing so was intentional misconduct.

She learned what everyone else does, while clerking, but not the REASON why everyone else goes through these steps; so when she decides to cut corners, she has no clue which corners are extra or which corners are structural.
You are almost certainly correct on that point. It appears she wanted to get it out there without following basic rules of evidence. That suggests that she doubted the judge would allow the document to be admitted as evidence. It is an old "shyster" stunt, but one that judges come down on hard because it is impossible to "unhear" something, admissible or not.

He’s going around in circles, chasing his tail, in what has clearly become a dangerous death spiral. A trap of nightmare proportions, far from the idyllic and nice outcome he imagined growing up. *Numerous and unnecessary court cases in what has turned into a tussle of attrition against those he gave the responsibility to facilitate another term in office, whom have now decided to step in and take what they believe is rightfully theirs.*
*This is has seen court cases which could have been done and dusted in weeks by the hundreds of legal establishments which could have ended this, but instead this sorry saga has to be excruciatingly dragged on for several years with unnecessary and feeble attempts to stall his momentum. Given, everything is in the public eye, there are continuous dawns of false hope to bring about a planned public exhaustion with him - a death by a thousand cuts to get what they feel is rightfully belongs to them.*
Whilst these sham courts reach their verdicts, he sits and ponders despondently with flashbacks of how it was in the past and how it could have been, it’s all deja vu. But, it’s maybe too late, time has passed him by (or been taken away from him) - and time waits for no man.

We haven't had any criminal court cases yet, so patience. As for the civil trials, the Carroll case should be concluded in a week or two and I don't think Trump is going to come out of that easy. Also, the NY fraud case outcome is at the end of the month. That would possibly include Trump Org "getting the chair" and Trump not even able to bargain property on Monopoly in NY, though implicitly that might apply to other locations outside of NY as well.

Can the judge throw the attorney in jail for, like, a day?? Or file paperwork with the state to pull her law license? Just to let her know that he's putting her in personal jeopardy. You know, just like his other lawyers that got charged.

If she is disruptive and disrespectful to the court to a sufficient degree she can be warned then charged with contempt of court. She does appear to skirt this line.
The judge can not "pull her law license" but after the trial is concluded he can refer her to the bar who may choose to revoke her accreditation to practice in the state. I expect both Engoron and Kaplan will do this. There is no guarantee of the outcome of that process.
Everything he does is fuel for an appeal, he's being conservative on every one of his actions.
Wishing his life away, now in his mid 70’s, the nice future he once imagined as a kid slipping through his fingers.
The missed opportunities of a multiple term presidency and the stalled expansion of his corporation all taken away from him, have seen him lose almost all hope as he sits abjectly throughout these deliberately prolonged court hearings (which could have reached a verdict in a matter of weeks but instead are being turned into a drawn out affair lasting several years).
He knew that these valuation experts had a renowned reputation of protecting their own and corruption. A reputation, which by the looks it, he fatally overlooked..

Read and watch serious sources for your understanding of NY trials.

Why isn't it a part of evidence ? It's simple. Habba didn't put it into evidence correctly. It's the lawyers responsibility to get this stuff done right. It's the judges job to make sure they follow proper procedure. That's how law works.

No it isn’t. You get trained, you practice, then you do it. Mark for ID, show it to the witness, lay the foundation- do you recognize it/what do you recognize it to be, move to enter into evidence, it gets shown to the opposing counsel, judge makes ruling.
