First time I have heard from a trader "High VIIX, Options Selling", "Low VIIX, Options Buying". I think this is very basic for a trader to understand that if VIIX is Lower it is the opportunity to sell options. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Very informative video.. one thing nedds to be added.. that is 'stop loss'.. strict stop loss is mandatory for options selling otherwise it may wipe out the capital..

Excellent insights specially for new traders of Options selling and relatively less experienced. You are right. Better to do day trading on most occasions and less positional and overnight. Grateful for sharing what you are doing considering the present market condition where volatility is not so much now as compared to previous months while gap down and gap up risk is still there. If one can manage this it is still a great time for option sellers
