Is the idea to separate them long enough for Raven to get accustomed to not nursing? Would the baby bulls be suitable field companions to keep her calm? I know horses like to be with other horses as part of a herd but I have heard of race horses being stabled with smaller four legged friends to keep them calm and happy.
Raven and her mom certainly are magnificent horses!

Yes. 2 weeks for Truffles milk to dry up. But we put Raven and Rosie together and separated truffle, which worked in the end. They are now all back together again. 🥰
