    Great video dude! That intro was fire! Making me want to try these frames, they look buttery!

      Thanks bro. I learnt skate park establishing shots from the best (that's you btw 😁). They really are awesome. My favourite flat frame to date. I really want to try em flat 65 next...

    Symetrics flat frame is an absolute favorite. I upgraded from the v5 to the v6 when it dropped and was happy to learn that they did not make any changes to the dimensions. The subtle upgrades such as the hex bolts and stronger mounting points are nice compared to the v5. Finish looks better too. I'll take the Sola Atkinson frames if I am doing a bowl session, but for all-round park/street the Symetrics Flat Frame Plastic is my go-to frame for flat. Most the time I can even get away with grinding curbs 65mm flat without wheel bite.

      Yeah I really want to try flat 65 on these. How is it for groove and topside tricks,?

    • @blaze_your_own_trail
      @blaze_your_own_trail 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@chrischadwick1 Groove tricks are smooth even on curbs. Takes a little more effort than 60 flat but as long as you get the angle right the wheels stay clear from the surface. Topsides are easy compared to Oysi Medium IMO

      Thanks man. Yeah I can definitely see benefits for flat on street. In park you notice it less unless your skating transitions 😁

      @@chrischadwick1 yeah, atm I am more in coping grinds and always got that fear of wheelbites. But it seems to be an outstanding flat frame. Greets 👏

    • @chrischadwick1
      @chrischadwick1  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@pogoSK8 yeah it really is a good one. The frame walls are quite chunky which I think really helps to keep the wheels clear on the grind. Practice is everything when it comes to riding flat oh and anything slides whith enough wax 🤣

      I'm riding them now and im very impressed. I tried oysi frames and didn't like, to tall and slipped out on topside tricks. Tried fluid 5s and liked them, but I rode 55mm and the frame walls were very thick and caused me to slip out sometimes. Then got diridari frames and I'm hooked, no problem riding 55mm they are super fast grinding and riding. Very high quality and worth it in my eyes.

    Symetric Plastic and Aluminiums V5 are two of the only frames I just could not get along with. Washed out a fair bit. Wheel bit allot. Found the plastics to be v squiggly in terms of ride. Definitely chalking it up as me being the issue as people love them but it’s funny they just didn’t work out for me.

    no need to bash china, china makes plenty of high quality things. it comes down to how cheap and greedy the company that uses chinese manufacturing is and the quality they will pay them for.

    • @chrischadwick1
      @chrischadwick1  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I was waiting to be called out on that. Just to be clear I'm not bashing China, Chinese people, factory workers or anyone who sources production in China. I'm just making a comparison between standard hardware (generally made in china) vs the V6 hardware machined in house by Adapt. In summary this is good hardware 🤙

    Shame you forgot your microphone and needed an ND filter really . . Completely ruined it for me. Maybe you could order some from China

    • @chrischadwick1
      @chrischadwick1  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Your right I recon my views will really suffer because I had to crank my shutter to compensate for the lack of ND filter. I imagine the average skater will note how this has affected 'roll off into the highlights' 🤣 Maybe Adapt can CNC machine me a new ND 😁
