Sad to see the water tower go, but I think it is a nice thing and cause they are doing here. I think a park with trails and original wildlife would be cool, and tell an interesting story of the land before the Magnesite plant's time.
I remember exploring back there in the late 90s. Was a great place to hike the trails with a date. Spent many an overnight with a small fire next to Davey's Lake.
I would guess based on the description of the project that salt water would work the best. Where would a source of freshwater come from? Would it have to rely on rain. Are there springs nearby?
"how is this going to help visitors and guests" Maybe just maybe forget about shoobies that come for 2-3 months in the summer and trash our place. Why cant this project just be a project to help the enviroment we fucked up?
I am glad to see projects that would be improving our ecosystem, waterways, and wildlife even if it disrupts our usual activities.
I was there back in March, and it looked much the same as your video. Thanks for the update.
Hey Joey just had the popcorn first time with my Daughter we loved it!!! Dan the owner was great. Will be back. Keep doing great videos.

Any improvement is better than what it is now.
Thanks for keeping us so well informed. I've heard of Sunset Beach, but haven't been there.
is sunset beach a clothing optional beach?
