Herds of people flocking to cigarettes, justin bieber, etc. actually does proves they are objectively appealing in some way. If this wasn't the case, how/why would all of these people be attracted to it? In the cigarette's case, it is the effect the chemicals have on the brain, and in justin bieber's case, it is entertainment value as well as catchy, if entirely musically unimpressive, songs. Logic attracts a lot of people through his lyrics, so that makes them objectively impressive, or, at the very least, appealing. There is a reason why the phrase conventional wisdom is tried and true. If you still incorrectly believe you are a better evaluator of talent than the millions of people on this Earth combined, let me submit this argument to you: If everyone truly believes something is true, who is to say that it is not? This same principle can be applied, to a lesser degree, to this argument.
