She spoke about the surprising cultural imprint she left in the Philippines. Sushmita mentioned how her victory cemented a legacy not just for India but also left a mark on the people of the Philippines. Sushmita revealed that there are girls in the country named after the actress! She stated 'This name is a Filipino name now' where girls are named like - Sushmita Sushmita Chagalung Mang and Sushmita Sen Chagalung Mang. The actress also mentioned that after India, Philippines is her second home.
