- I include 50+ combos Blue-Eyes can do with the 4 new cards announced this month in this video. The deck now technically has a total of 15 cards for doing 1 card pure combos. Because of that, the deck now has plenty of 1 card, 2 cards, and 3 cards combos, by using some of those cards (like Maiden of White +in Prayers with Eyes of Blue etc). I sorted these combos in the video to make it easier to understand and follow. The deck also becomes more resilient/more capable to play around handtraps, which means these 4 new cards are actually really good for the deck.
There can be more 3 and even 4 cards combos the deck can make. However, when you have that many combo cards, I think you can always use those excess engine cards to bait/play around handtraps.
Aside from the pure cards, I also included the combos you can do with some good tech/extender cards for the deck, that dont take too much space in the deck. These cards are Tachyon cards, Ringowurm, Assault Synchron, Red-Eyes cards, and even Buster Blader cards. There are some other engines the deck can play with, but I guess these are enough for now.

I wanted to make something different than usual when I made this video. I wanted to include some duels, but looking at the time, I guess I can make it in another video, if you like this video and/or when the rest 4 cards are announced. There may be some people who want to see how the deck plays with some tech/extender cards, so I also included the combos with them in the video.
The 4 new cards make pure Blue-Eyes combos much more consistent. It can even play around handtraps. Aside from these combos, I think the deck can also be played with other engines, like Horus, Chaos, Centurion, Primoredial, and some others. But, I guess these combos are enough for now.

You should try messing with the primordial cards as a small engine in this as well they can do some cool stuff than can help play through hand traps.
@@ASoldierify Yes, those primoredial are really nice cards for Blue-Eyes. I guess I mentioned it when it was released. Looking at this length of the video, I guess it's enough for now haha
with the new blue eyes card will there still be the Neo BE Ultimate OTK option or will that be put to the side and forgotten in favor of all the new stuff in the new Blue-Eyes Deck?

@gabrielecarletti2013 Oh yeah, pure blue eyes looking somewhat viable again, finally. This is without the last 4 cards, which normally are the better since they like saving the best for last

@@gabrielecarletti2013 Obviously pure blue-eyes combos gets much more competitive, like it can play around handtraps and/or set up multiple negates like other meta decks

It's kinda silly how much the deck has improved with just 4 new cards. Really could have just been Maiden, and i'd have been completely satisfied.
So the next 4..
Seems we still have room for a xyz and link (with either being good opportunity for a Shining retrain), some way to more naturally summon Spirit Ultimate (maybe something like Mathmech's trap), and a better way to summon the rituals/a Blue-Eyes version of Illusion of Chaos + Magicians Souls.
Otherwise, heard some calls for an OG Blue-Eyes retrain, but that seems against the spirit of the archetype.
I suppose that's my final predictions, though i would really like a new Field squeezed in there somewhere, too..
Ikr. I think some of the rest 4 cards might be Shining retrain, Critias retrain (like Timaeus for Dark magician), dictator of D retrain, and maybe like matchmech trap you mentioned.

Finally someone who uses sifr when summoning two spirits. I cringe when people partner ultimate spirit with blazar on opening, they just fine tossing out the ultimate spirit. With sifr, you can protect ultimate spirit as well as protect your whole board when true light gets destroyed. Although its negate is worse than blazar

All we need now is a Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon: Shining Nova Boss Monster
My take on it to make the card more movie accurate (with 1 major buff regarding his ATK gain off course)
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 1 face-up Fusion Monster that mentions 3 copies of "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" as material. Gains ATK equal to the combined Level of all Dragon-Type Monsters with different names in your GY x 300. Once per turn, when a card or effect is activated (Quick Effect): You can declare 1 card type (Monster, Spell, Trap); for the rest of this turn, this card becomes unaffected by your opponent’s card effects of that type. Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1: You can target 1 face-up card on the field (even if it cannot be targeted); tribute this card, and if you do, destroy that target (even if the target is unaffected by card effects). The activation and effects of this card‘s effects cannot be negated.
I like Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon in the movie, so I really like this effect for the retrain. Tho the attack buff can a bit much xD

Depending on how good the next 4 cards are ringowurm could actually be a really good card in Blue-Eyes because you are constantly summoning BEWD
True. With Ringowurm, you can summon BE Spirit Ultimate Dragon naturally, like in the video.

It is sad that ultimate creature of destruction doesn't protect from spirit dragon end phase effect, i tried to save the new synchro boss monster with it but it still died.

So how do we do vs interupions now? Like do we just die to anything killing true light while we're trying to set up or do we have an backup combo?
Sifr can protect true light getting nuked. For the interuption plays, maybe still needs to wait for the other 4 cards. The 1 card combos can easily be interupted if you dont have an extender on your hand

@@ramondewilde05 stardust sifr, lvl 12 synchro monster. Once you get him out, you dont have to worry about true light getting popped, also protects ultimate spirit from popping when summoned via blue eyes spirit dragon. Usually the basic 1 hand combo ends with 1 true light, and 2 spirit dragons. Use 1 of them for ultimate spirit, the other is for crimson dragon>synchro summon any lvl 12 dragon
@@King-gv4lg does it protect from banish too? Also that doesnt solve the issue of u needing truelight to stay alive for the combo to even start

@@ramondewilde05 no, no banish protection. You can negate it with the boss monster atleast depending on the effect source. The end board if uninterupted is good with the 4 new cards. But getting interupted mid combo is hard, you cant play through unless you have other extenders. The improvement here is that atleast now you have 15 1 card starters which solves brick eyes. Also endboard is definetly better. Playing through interuptions mid combo? Nope 😂
