What is an author who does not write his own words? What is an artist who does not draw their own art? What is a singer who does not sing their own songs? What is a musician who does not create their own music? The evolution of AI will certainly lead to death of art. Art itself will become devalued, much like automation has done to other such things in the past.
Also, imagine a future in which AI controls the arts. People underestimate how impactful literature, art, music, etc affect our development as human being from child to adult, and in the future AI will be the one who controls the answers, the outputs, what we are allowed to know. Whether that AI is sentient and makes those choices itself, or whether those in power behind the AI use to control others.

Interesting thought on the uniformity of human development. It's going to be fascinating to see the impact and measures put in place in the hope of preventing some predictions.

Technology evolves and people evolve with it. The mobile contact list removed the need for people to memorize several 7+ digit phone numbers but I doubt many people miss having to do that.
