There's no way around doing this disgusting job at the car wash. Depending on how busy the car wash is depends on how often you need to clean the bottom of the vacuums.

I use to work at the car wash in my area and on a good day once work was over either me or other members of the car wash would collect the dirt from the vacuums and if ur lucky u can literally get $20 in change but I remember I would collect as much dirt throughout the week and end up wit $50 or more and yes I've actually seen ones to 20 dollar bills in the vacuums and even jewelry

I use a wire screen over the trashcan filters out that small dust easier to get the good stuff out. Lol.

Get a product called SPRAY 9 and soak that money in it to clean and disinfect it. Even the bill just let them soak in a bucket.
