For future refence, you can bake the taillights in the oven at 200°F for 10 minutes (instead of having to break them), then pull apart each light slowly. Otherwise, good vid. Pretty entertaining as well.

Negative bro... this is Toyota tail light 3 out of 3 that do NOT heat up, and pull apart. Honda so far, yes... Nissan so far , yes... Toyota for the 3rd time...NOPE!!! LoL thanks for your feedback tho, what would be cool is if YOU made a video and did that to some Toyota lights. That would give me piece of mind soOOoOo much Lmao

@@modlifecrewsd6863 @ModLife Crew SD Oh ok I wasn't aware. I have a 90 LS400, so it essentially being a Toyota product I thought the same would apply. I might make a vid. I am thinking about trying the $14 method (lol), since real clears cost 1k, home made from someone that did molds is $400, and just removing the stock lenses look like shit. Interesting stuff though. I learned something new.

To each is own, plus that would look like more of a euro light… maybe one day, but with this type of material, its easier to hide the imperfections LoL and the “clear” silicone aint so clear after it dries so I’m perfectly fine wit these…as is all the people I’ve made clears for
